Quick question, does our gear need to be the same color as our team color? Ex: I want to go green and wanted to run my tan banshee PC. I have other PCs so its not a big deal either way.

Your load bearing equipment, plate carrier, chest rig, etc DOES NOT need to be the same color as your uniform.
For example, it is fine to wear woodland BDUs and then have a coyote brown plate carrier over that.
