Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will not be provided, it is highly advised you bring your own easy to prepare food, like trial mix, Dehydrated meals, MRES, etc. This Event is being held in the middle of July, I cannot stress how important proper nutrition and Hydration are.

15+ Unless Approved by an player affiliated with the OCAA, approved personally by me or vouched for by another respectable MiA player over the age of 18.
Registration and Payment
- We want to get a dedicated bunch of players coming to the games we host so this Event is free.
- Walk ons are Welcome, the more we can draw in the better.
- Waivers will be available on site at registration
- Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian, and play with a player over the age of 18.
- If you are a local player or approved by the event host you are exempt from the age requirement but a wavier must still be signed.

*Before I get into the backstory and objectives, I would like to thank Deputy865, Galaxy, and Alex Oswald for sitting down, have a meeting via Skype and planning this whole thing out. The gametype and Objectives Deputy came up with are fantastic and the amount of planning and prep we are putting into this will hopefully translate to a great OP. We hope to have a larger turnout than the first two Jackals and give ever player that comes a day to remember
This game type forces teams to have constant interaction with each other. They will always be running into each other and there will always be conflict. This will promote good and steady game play.
This game type will also enforce a strong need for leadership. Teams will NOT be able to accomplish anything without communication or organizations. This also promotes solid gameplay. Expect secondary objectives to pop up and present themselves as the game progresses and your leaders determine them.

2012 November: - president Obama is re-elected after several natural disasters quick he quickly and effectively responds to, triggering a massive increase in his approval rating
2013 - January: president Obama is shot by an unknown assailant, Joe Biden is sworn in as the next president of the United states
2013- March: US Dollar removed as the worlds “reserve currency” causing, US National to soar to 40 trillion by the end off June, literally over-night gas prices soar above 10 dollars a gallon, the stock market crashes again and unemployment reaches 46%.
2013 June: With the American economy all but destroyed, the world soon follows, protests and riots break out all over the world, for the first time in history of man, Israel and the neighboring countries of Egypt, Jordan, and Syria form an alliance against the Oil exporting countries of the middle east, Western nations are powerless to watch as gas prices soar world wide and as they lose control of there own countries.
2013 July: President Biden proves useless to resolve the economic crisis in the United States, with one in every two Americans our of work, wide spread violence and union strikes take place across of country, often resulting in riots and high loss of life. Biden calls upon the military to restore order and begin relief efforts using the countries massive reserves. The United States stop exporting crops over seas to feed their own people, millions of people around the world dependant on American grain starve in months, triggering protests against American imperialism all over the world, several US bases over seas are attacked by the newly reformed Al Qaeda after Osama Bin Laden re-appears 2 years after paying the US government millions of dollars, selling secrets of Iran’s nuclear missile program and giving our government the location of several high ranked Al Qaeda members likely to take his place, allowing him to fake his death.
2014: Headlines END OF OIL, on the brink of defeat, Saudi Arabia and Iran nuke Oil fields, destroying Large parts of the E.I.J.S collation are destroyed and the only hope that the world will return to normal vanishes along with the glassed region.
2015: Russia, newly communist becomes the chief exporter of Oil, in the world and cuts off trade to the Untied States, Biden reacts by condemning Russia in the UN, Two weeks later, NATO dissolves, for the first time since World War II Russia attacks westward, Europe soon falls because Biden keeps the US out of the war as a last ditch effort to get re-elected, that plan fails, so with strong support from the military, Congress is dissolved and Joe Biden effectively becomes the first dictator of the United States of America.
2016: World Population falls to 4 Billion as war and disease take their toll. Massive pandemics of Bird Flu sweep across the world, killing millions more. Unemployment spikes to 70%, suicide in America becomes the number cause of death of American men and women over 30. Revolutionary leader springs up in Traverse City Michigan, inspiring thousands to protest Biden’s military regime. Military is sent to crush the protesters. In Detroit 10,00 protesters are shot, Michigan secedes from the Union. Rebels are pushed up to Mount Pleasant, Michigan, all military bases north of the front lines Join the rebels, offering training and equipment, stemming the tide into a stale mate with the economically weakened US Army.
2017 March: economy in the rest of the US improves slightly given the military the edge it needs to push deeper into Michigan, but the Army gets stalled In West Branch. In Brutal house to house fighting the Rebels think they can hold their own better if they retreat into the woods. The US Army after suffering heavy loses doesn’t peruse.
2017: July 7th After the war stalemating and both sides in the middle of peace talks, a small skirmish among patrols outside of West Branch, sends the war hot again. In what is known as one of the biggest military embarrassments in US history, the Rebels hold off a US attack. The US defeat was blamed mostly on Rebel spies that infiltrated the 7th Infantry Division’s HQ and disable their radio communications, leaving units unable to communicate with command. Nether the less, the Rebel Army suffers heavy loses and nearly loses their hold in Northern Michigan
2017 August: The Kremlin decides to drop 500 Spetsnaz to advise and train Rebel forces after they manage to defeat the United States in the battle of West Branch. A Marine Force Recon unit supplemented by a Division of Marines arrive at the US HQ in Gladwin. Exhausted Army forces are relived along with General Sheppard Armstrong Fitzgerald for his incompetence. He is replaced with General Jason Gilberts.
2017: Early September: Special forces are authorized to spearhead an attack back towards West Branch. Force Recon Units drop behind Rebel lines performing Recon and Direct Attack operations to open up holes in the Rebel defense for tanks and ground forces to move in. Within a week they have worked their way up to West Branch.
2017: September 15th. After a quick break in Operations, Force Recon begins inserting into the same battleground the 7th Infantry Division was defeated on just over two months prior. A company of Marines Arrives to a forward position set up by Force Recon via Interim Fast Attack Vehicle’s and APC’s. At approximately 14:00 hours they begin a attack on the Rebel leadership based there.
2017 October: With the Rebellion in Michigan smashed, the United States begins its Re-Occupation of the free Republic of Michigan. It soon becomes clear that in the war effort against the rebellion the United States Government had overspent to the point of bankruptcy.
2020: The United States are no longer united. The fall of the US dollar and the loss of all of reserve has caused the country to go completely bankrupt. In desperation, the former United States turned to the worlds most powerful and rich. Each of the 50 states are to be sold off individually to the highest bidder or given to countries to settle debts.
Michigan attracts several wealthy entrepreneurs and world leaders from all over due to its lakes, timber and other natural resources.
2021: January. A month before the auction, the former United States allows the prospecting buyers to send surveyors to Michigan to inspect and appraise the land for their possible future investment. One team of surveyors, hired by Mike Batista, a Brazilian billionaire involved in mining and oil production, came up with something big during their time in Michigan…
2021: January, 1 week before the auction. The survey team hired by Batista goes missing!
2021: February, 4 days before auction. A leak spreads like wild fire. Every news station in the world reports the same headline: “MASSIVE ALLUVIAL DEPOSIT FOUND!”. One of the largest alluvial deposits ever found has been discovered in Michigan; left over by its many lakes and rivers. This is one secret Batista didn’t want exposed.
*Note* Alluvial deposits are known to carry Platinum as well as other precious gems and minerals.
2021: Auction day. After the leak, the auction attracted double the buyers. A frenzy of bids was placed, but it all ended with OGX Petrol Gas, Batista’s company, on top, paying a mere $273.00 per acre, totaling to $17,120,812,800.
2021: 3 days after the auction, the survey team hired by Batista was found. They washed up in a boat off of the coast of the Lake Superior. They were all dead. Countless lacerations, missing limbs and burn marks were found on every one of them. Tortured, who is to blame?
2021: May. Michigan, now named New Brazil Mining Conglomerate is now under the complete control of OGX Petrol Gas They begin setting up a massive mining operation at the heart of the alluvium deposit.
Shortly after setting up the operation, New Brazil Mining Conglomerate becomes under attack and harassed by several other nations and private companies, all of them trying to get a piece of this deposit and the profits. The defense force of the New Brazil Mining Conglomerate is able to fend them all off with its hired guns, but cannot continue to keep this up if they want to continue efficiently mining.
2021: June. Batista seeks outside help. He places a “wanted ad” out there in hopes to hire a large army or security force to help him maintain control of the New Brazil Mining Conglomerate and Batista promises a large share of the profits to the winning contractor.
2021: July. Two PMC’s ArmorGroup International and AKE Group stand to be the best fit for the job and have placed matching bids for the contract. OGX Petrol Gas is unable to decide which to go with, so they decided to invite both groups to their land to fight it out. The winner wins the contract.
The winning team/group/nation will prove to be the toughest, most efficient in mining and transporting of the resources. They must perform an “all in one” job alongside with OGX Petrol Gas and NBMC forces for security, transportation and mining operation.
Let the fight for 78 begin!
Objectives:
Each team’s objective is to deliver bars of Platinum to their designated drop point. They will find the Platinum stashed and stored all throughout the play area. At the end of the match, the team with the most platinum wins the contract with OGX Petrol Gas and wins the game. (Before you think this is too easy, there is going to be near 600 of them, and there will be constant combat around each and every one of the depots.)
Each team will have a drop point placed in the middle of the field. The drop points will be 150-250 feet apart from each other
There will be depots of platinum bars stashed all over the playing field. No two depots will have the same amount of platinum bars in them. Typically, the riskier it will be to obtain the bars, the more bars there will be in the depot. There will be a few special bars that will be worth more points. The depots will be randomly places and random bars of platinum may be found throughout the area.
1 bar = 1 point. Players can only carry ONE bar of platinum on them at a time. If the player is shot, they must drop the bar of platinum where they were killed and they may return to their HQ. That bar of platinum can then be picked up by either team.
To deliver a bar of platinum to your drop point, simply walk/run it up and place it in your drop point. Players MAY NOT throw the bars, they must be placed and organized!
Players are not allowed to steal from the other teams drop point. Once a platinum bar has been placed into a drop point, it is locked in.
Before a player places a bar of platinum in their drop point, he or she must print their team/squads name on the bar itself. Pens will be provided at the drop points. If the bar is not signed, the point does not count. We will use these names to tally what squads delivered the most bars and in turn, who the MVS (Most Valuable Squad) was of that team. The MVS of each team will be awarded and the players, who delivered the most bars out of both teams, will be awarded a grand prize. ( Probably a commemorative patch for the event.)
Teams will need to establish safe routes to deliver the bars of platinum efficiently and effectively. Teams may camp any depot they wish and they may also camp the opposing teams drop point.
General Rules:
1 Shot, you’re out. Failure to call hits is cheating!
Once you are out, walk back to your teams respawn.
Talking while dead is cheating!
Do NOT pass a platinum bar off to a team mate when you are out.
You must drop it when and where you are hit. Failure to do so is cheating!
Respawns will occur every 10 minutes on the hour. A horn will sound the time to respawn. Respawning before the set time is cheating!
Team Commander respawns 30 minutes on the hour.
If you are not INSIDE your teams respawn when the repsawn horn is sounded, you have not respawned, you must wait for the next horn.
Cheating will not be tolerated, nor will general statements about a team cheating be. (Ex: “The tan team is cheating!” or “They are cheating!”). If you see someone cheat, report that player to a host, ref or your commander. Be SPECIFIC about the cheater. Identify them as best as you can and they will be dealt with. First offense is a warning; second offense will result in that player being removed from play for the day. Each case will be reviewed by the hosts and all final decisions will be made by the host.
