Ordered a G&G Ready Mag System from them. Shipped the next day. Took a few days to make it to me.
When I received the part, it was in a ziplock bag with a cardboard G&G top border with a hand written part number on it. No instructions or paperwork from G&G.
The part had marrings on both sides and few scratches and a few tiny dings. It's almost like they put it in that ziplock back and threw it in a toolbox where it rattled around with other tools for a year or so. I dont know if it was used, or just improperly stored, like in a box full of stuff that all rubs together as people dug through it time again for whatever random small part.
I told them the part looked like a used/returned part and not a new one. They had me send pics (yesterday) and now am waiting for them to contact me back for RMA/Warranty Replacement.
I told them I wanted one with a clean new finish and not one that looked used. I'm still waiting to hear from the RMA department.
I also purchased my rifle (VFC HK416 CQB) from them and when it arrived it was resting on the protective bag instead of in it and there was no cleaning rod that was supposed to be in it. I felt like it was used by the staff, perhaps to see features or compatibility (I think it was the last one in stock). But there was nothing wrong with it so I emailed them about the rod and my findings and they sent me the rod and a free T-Shirt. ::shrug::
Just figured I'd share because I'm at work watching progress bars move and wanted a distraction. All and all I will probably try another retailer for future purchases. But with their point system, I did have $10 off of my purchase that I 'earned' from my rifle and BB purchase.
