www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=40382This set caught my eyes and my question is, what type of this carrier call(6094, Force Recon kit etc)? I'm guessing the one on evike is sure some replica and maybe any of you know a higher quality kit that this replicate for the same money or cheaper kit with the same so so quality. I like this exact setup and can do without the pouch since I have tons of pouch sitting at home that I can use on it. I just need to know the base that this kit is based of. Thanks.

If you want more room for pouches, might want to look into a Land CIRAS.

Thanks guys for the info. It is the Maritime Ciras and I check out the Land version and I still prefer the maritime better.
For spec and look wise it sure have all the same feature as 6094, so I'm wondering is the 6094 generally smaller footprint than the Ciras?
Thanks.

The Maritime CIRAS and 6094 are actually pretty different vests. The 6094 is a hell of a lot smaller and lighter, and it has more modern features like built in kangaroo pouches and hydration tube/wire routing loops. It's cut to allow better arm mobility and doesn't come down nearly as far on your chest. The CIRAS, by contrast, is big, bulky, heavy, and carries a lot of shit. I've had both a Maritime and Land CIRAS and eventually moved away from both because they're just too damn bulky. If you're looking for a middle ground, the Eagle Plate Carrier w/cummerbund rides a bit more like a CIRAS, but is significantly lighter and lower profile. Here's a Pantac version with pouches similar to the CIRAS you liked above: www.airsoftsmith.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=31_77&products_id=3208And the FLYYE vesrion, again, with the same pouch set: www.shootercbgear.com/product_info.php?cPath=22_50_51_95&products_id=4232Just for the sake of comparison, I counted forward facing PALS loops on a few common vest for another board. I included everything on the front chest panel and the cummerbund, but not the rear panel. The idea was to measure storage area for essentials and assume that on any of the vests you can attach a similar hydration carrier and ignore the rest of the space on the back. Here are the numbers: A L/XL EPC w/cummerbund has 84 front facing loops, while my S/M has 74 loops, as does the LBT 6094. A Maritime CIRAS has 88 and a Land CIRAS has about 112 depending on your cummerbund adjustment. On the smaller side, the MBSS has 36 loops while the FAPC gen 1 has a paltry 25. Those really show you the added space of a cummerbund.

Casper, I used to own a Maritime CIRAS, sold it and switched over to a 6094. As Knief pointed out they are very different vests, with the CIRAS being larger, heavier, and a lot more cumbersome. Especially with a full load on it.
The 6094 as already pointed out is lighter and much more maneuverable. Depending on your arrangement, I was able to accommodate the same amount of pouches that I had on my CIRAS if not more. I also am using a belt and harness to carry some of my mag pouches to lighten the load on the 6094.
