I recently bought a whole lot of hi capa parts from him. We negotiated to a lower price, and he even agreed to hold the package until later. When I got the parts, a grip was missing, so he asked how much I wanted for a refund, and he gave me more than what I wanted! Great guy, honest and polite.

My only complaint would be that the parts were shipped in a box with very little protection or padding. This may or may not have caused two small parts to break, but who knows. Matt, just be weary of this and when you ship, just stuff some plastic grocery bags in there for padding.
