hey...just got back from some happy fragging. quite cold and very chilly, though.. the field was excellent! we split into 3 teams for a while...my team took this large hill at the back of the property... the other teams tried to come at us from the side... one team tried to circle around the lake...but Ed laid down supression fire with his SD6, and they backtracked. meanwhile, the other team came at us from the other side using duck, fire, and cover action... some pictures and even a few movies were taken... Ed said he'll post the pictures and movies when he returns to college...then he can leech their bandwidth. anyways, my friends and i had a blast... about 14 people showed up...and...well...the terrain is just perfect for airsofting... just need to go in there and build a few sandbag bunkers... anyways....fun fun fun... i'll be checking the boards all night...so feel free to post a few questions for me. WOW! that was fun!!
I had a great time, and there were no problems with my gun, except that the bb's kept flying up even with the hop up all the way down. But, that can be solved with heavier bb's.
The cheapest play of the day was when what's his name came up behind me and a couple other guys and started talking to us like he was on our team saying things like "how are you guys doin" then all of the sudden he whips out his gas pistol and shoots all of us in a row. The cheap part is that I am almost 100% shure that i shot him before, and after I shot him he ran to the staging area changed his clothes and then came to us.
Cheap plays aside it was a lot of fun.

oh Bigmack, we split into 3 teams of 6. That makes 18 not 14 (6x3=18 ).

Yes there was 18 people, that makes Operation: Snow Fox the largest Michigan Airsoft game. This is also the largest game that me and my friends played. I'm here at my friends house and we just saw the video. It isn't that good but it will be posted anyway. Everybody in the Farmington Hills team is very impressed with the turn out.
Also, where was Hadoken and Viking? The MiA team needed a lot more support. In the first game (FH team vs. MiA team) we SCHOOLED, next time I would like to see a better performance from you guys.
We had a lot of fun and I hope that next game will be better!

hehe...true enough...we were mainly in an area which wasn't too heavily covered...and we kept falling back and defending...
they assaulted straight through us and finished off the survivors...hehe...
Ed- Hado had to watch his son....and i think Viking was playing Dark Age of Camelot. ;D

18 people? Wow, I honestly didn't expect you'd have so many people show. I really was under the impression we would be waiting for some snow before you'd have the game. Aah well. At least you guys had a great time. Have to admit that I'm VERY jealous, I had an urge to play today. But really there was no way for Ballista and I to even get there. Bah, I even ordered German snow camo. Ed, if you have a chance send the pics over to me and I'll put them up on the site.

i worked today on account that I was sure that this event wouldn't turn out, based mostly on the fact that you never posted rosters, and basically seemed to disapear for a while there. Sounded like it was fun, but it definately can't be said that Mia was a team without Me (camo master), Hadoken (Moderator, and awesome strategist), ballista (sneeky quiet bastard), or Viking (master of game technique, remember the vip situation?).
