OK, I'm going to buy a Safariland for a Glock 17 with a TLR-1, will a holster for a G17 with a Surefire X200 fit? How about the ones for a 17 with an M3X?
Also, I've never owned a Safariland before, can you switch mounts like you can on a Serpa? Like going from a leg platform to a MOLLE mount?

Haven't bought a Safariland in a coons age, but the newer models use the ELS system which lets you mount the holster to whatever.
X200 is MUCH smaller than a TLR-1, so I don't see why not. It's when going to a larger light that there's a problem.

I think he meant the other way around. I'm not sure if a TLR1 will fit in a safariland for a x200. They make them for like every imaginable light though, so you could just get one for a TLR 1.

Thanks guys, it was all a matter of what I could find, but I did find the one I wanted for a TLR-1.

Did you get your molle adapter connection answered. I have a safariland 6004 for my p229 and my m&p and I have been thinking of taking it off my thigh and going on the side of my carrier. I haven't however been able to find a good adapter or way to use it on my carrier without adding a lot of bulk with one of those "speed clip" things...
I was just about to make a post asking this very same thing.

DBT makes, or made a MOLLE adapter for Safarilands. They don't add much at all in the way of bulk. Just a small nylon/thin plastic panel which you screw onto the back of the holster in place of the leg shroud. I own a couple of them but have never used one. My original impression was that they were pretty stable but for what I was doing a shroud fit better.
