No outer armor, it does look like he could be wearing a concealable armor, law-enforcement type. It's not entirely unheard of. Wearing woodland instead would be fine, that's basically my target look as well  |

The only place I know to get decent OTV shells WAS entrygear, but I'd guess that since BAE systems acquired SDS and all the branches have basically shifted from the interceptors already, they ONLY have em in DCU. I'd still recommend them for one, because my old-school Coyote Brown one was my go-to rig until I joined a guccigear team. Now mine sits and collects dust since my acquisition of newer and more effective vests.  |
