Haha yeah back at camp that night we came up with a new motto "Zero. The amount of fucks we give."
Kinda sad there really are not any good pictures that I have seen with me all loaded up in the pink shirt.

There are many comedic non-hit takers in the video as well.

I'll be deleting the Team MIA NL3 sub board here at the end of the week. If anybody has anything important to save from it, make sure to grab it soon.

I've been reading many forums where the Green team keeps complaining that they were told I wouldn't be playing the night mission. That is completely false. Greg Brothers DID initially say there would be no "tanks" during the night briefing, but I corrected him immediately thereafter and he DID correct himself. I can let this slide because it was late, people were tired and apparently not listening.
BUT, the constant whining about me not calling a "hand thrown rocket" hit is uncalled for. The definition of a RULE is: An authoritative direction for conduct or procedure, A usual or customary course of action. Since when is a Ref, only telling one side that something is OK, considered a rule? I was playing by the WRITTEN, agreed to, ruleset of the event which states rockets must be FIRED from a M79, M203 or other approved launcher. I don't see hand thrown in there anywhere. (Furthermore, this was a MilSim game. In real life, a hand thrown rocket would not arm or detonate.)
And lets clarify something else. I did NOT say the "the rules aren't my problem". I said, the fact that Green had no AT wasn't my problem. I have the whole incident on "Tank Cam" if you don't believe me. In disgust, I DID withdraw from the night mission of my own choice. I didn't have to, but I did.
I will admit that the Green tank DID give me problems early on, but we adapted our tactics. I wasn't the one being "chased" on Sunday, nor did I miss any shots with the M79 rockets on Sunday.
Lastly, I was not at all "unhappy" about being shot at. I killed lots of Green in return. It took me 2yrs to build my tank, SOLELY to bring a higher level of excitement to the game (and players like you). If you want to bitch about it, I'll take it elsewhere. Your loss. Not mine.
See you at Irene.

Personally, I don't have an issue with one of the rules being kept as it was written, hell it seemed that was a rarity at this event. I've said before, green was not under the understanding that vehicles would be there, I wasn't at the briefing, so I can't add to why we thought that. The biggest reasons this got so blown out of proportion was our lack of numbers, the fact that the mission started while we were still in route to our spawn, then the invincible mini gun toting tank rolled in. All the while, we were told that we couldn't go inside buildings. From our prospective, we were out numbered, caught off guard, made to stand in the street to get shredded by a mini gun, with no method to stop the beating. A ref was asked if it would be ok to simply throw a rocket, and what a shocker, he changed the rules and said yes. Of course you, the tank driver, was not notified of the rule change, again not a shocker. I personally never had a single issue with your etiquette on the field, though off the field I would have appreciated if you would have lied to me and told me that your tank didn't cost a small fortune to build. For as much organization went into this game, there seemed to be a serious lack of sticking to the rules, and appearance of organization.

Greg Brothers DID initially say there would be no "tanks" during the night briefing Right, because he corrected himself once green had already deployed. Regardless, the organization was sub par. I thought rec games were expensive here in Chicago, but $160 takes the cake. The only reason I enjoyed the event was because the AO was incredible and everyone from MIA is cool beans.
