If he's serious about getting a mall, he need not look further. Summit Place in Pontiac is perfect. Those of you who have driven by it in the last few years know what I'm talking about. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Summit_Place_MallI will be sure to send this to them tonight, if it hasn't already been done. Sounds like the other two places are already out.

Just emailed John and Greg with five sites, including Summit Place Mall. Remember, they need contact information so if you're able to dig anything up with phone numbers or email addresses, let us know. In fact, we should start a separate thread for this so as not to clutter the AAR.

I find it funny to see a lot of the disappointment on green about organization fails to mention that it was sorta their fault that somehow all the radio comms got jacked up and they weren't able to unfuck em till sunday, when we had the pow-wow and got everyone back on the same page.

From moment 1 when squad 3-3 got word about the weird com setup, we wanted to have 1 channel for the 2 platoons that were to take and hold building 13. Another channel for the platoon that was to rush building 3. And a third channel for the platoon that was to start at, I believe, building 17. Platoon leaders could then be on the command net.
Instead everyone just spent all day looking for new orders, that never came through. Hell despite squad 3-3 constantly asking for orders all through mission 1, we never even got a single response.
I agree Sunday went better, hell much better. I can only attribute that to what seemed to be everyone on channel 15.
I'm sure everyone wanted to follow the whole milsim command structure, which is why no one seemed to speak up at the XO / PL / SL briefing on Friday. Honestly though, the structure that was set up with how the platoons would be grouped vs the radio assignments was just plain jacked up. I'm glad the radios were worked out for Sunday. It was refreshing to have proper communication between squads that needed to work together.

The only thing I can really say is what a great time I had. Somethings could have been better or done differently, but in all honesty I don't care. This was hands down the best time I have ever had playing airsoft.

I just watched the original Robocop.
Pretty awesome to know we were running through where they filmed parts of the movie.

I don't know where my deficiency comes from in tossing a grenade, but I messed it up at every opportunity in this game. Here's a perfect example.
Also, I will forever remember this moment whenever I hear the term chairsofting.
I couldn't resist using my LAW as a newb cannon, for the first and only time, in the last couple minutes of the Sunday mission.

There's a couple good ones of me deploying from the "hobo tank", but that dude's watermarks make it so you can't see anything.
