I have a jg m4 614 and I was looking to get a madbull ultimate hopup unit. The only thing is my jg needs a mod to fit it. What am I going to have to mod to make it work and why?

Your JG likely has a 2 piece hopup since it has a plastic body. You'll need to remove the extension part of the hopup that is connected to your lower receiver which should be straightforward. Other than that, I can't be sure of what you'd need to do, but I can't imagine it being difficult at all.

There isn't enough room, even after removing the plastic support from the lower. You need to grind down the hop facing the barrel end to make up for the new 1 piece being longer. It will be a super tight fit and will need to be pushed on to the nozzle before you insert into the lower
