Beware. Here is my totally awesome experience.
[5-18-12] I purchased his G&P WOC kit, minus a few bits and pieces that I didn't need as this was becoming a DG. Confirmation and tracking number are provided the same day, awesome. About a week goes by and the tracking number still said it was in the acceptance stage, these are the following messages.
At this point I'm pissed, no heads up on the delay, just "I will ship ASAP" as its almost memorial day (federal holiday) and I have an appointment for it to go into DG for installation.
[5-29-12] I received the shipment just in time to get it to DG the next day, however upon opening the medium flat rate box, I find parts everywhere. Everything was stripped down, which is fine, but only wrapped loosely in paper. During the shipment, everything shook loose and was smashing together, marking up a few parts. Upon further inspection, I notice the trigger guard hanging. One of the tabs had broken off due to the bad packaging. At this point I'm even more upset. I get the following response.
At this point I'm trying to understand from his point of view that maybe he was busy with school. But nothing positive has happened with the transaction so far which is annoying.
Oh yeah, "the extras" that he included were two orange MP5 QD flash hiders like below. I never really cared about the extras, figured at best it could be the BCG that I said not to include. But seriously? At this point I feel like hes just F****** with me, MP5 flash hiders for the M4?
I understand that not everyone may have a job or may be in a pinch financially, hence the selling of airsoft equipment so I try to understand and give him time. All I want is the lower to be in the condition that I payed for, either a new one or at least some money back.
I get a message the next day that says hes working on it and to stand by.
[7-5-12] Its been a week and no word. I send a reminder and head over to MIA forums and look what the cat dragged in. Apparently financially unstable means "I'm buying AOR2." Now I'm super pissed because everything has been white lies and excuses. SORRY IM BROKE BUT LOOK AT MAH NEW AOR2 WOOT WOOT
[7-7-12] He finally replies and offer's me $25 for the broken part, I take it as I just want to be done with this.

After getting the confirmation email from Paypal I get a PM asking me to leave positive feedback. I replied that he is lucky that I am leaving him Neutral feedback. This is the response I get.
Seriously? That neutral just turned extremely negative, bro.
