Socom huh? A nice choice, but have you thought about the TM NBB version? From what I understand ( correct me if wrong Hado) its fairly cheap, with good power, great looks, and TM legendary quality. Hado has some pictures of his at his gallery. Click Me! From what I understand even though it’s not a GBB you can still “rack the slide” for drama effect. <<< EDIT >>> www.uncompany.com has the following: KSC Heavy Weight Socom for 200, but is out of stock currently. KSC Hard Kick Socom for 173, if the recoil is anything like my TMP which is also the hard kick version you will be very pleased. TM NBB Socom full set (LAM unit, suppressor, and case) for 110! Also a note about replica quality, Tokyo Marui while most likely better in quality always have those nasty mold lines on everything they make, KSC on the other hand never have mold lines, and if there are some they are very discreet. The finish on KSC guns are always top notch to, most likely only second to Western Arms. However, KSC usually does not put the real trades on their guns, yes they actually abide by trademark laws and do not recreate real firearm trades on their guns that they don’t own the right too, so you will most likely get some kind of KSC trademark, but if its anything like the trades on the KSC Elite it will look very similar to the real trades and should be satisfactory. However, looking at my TM USP I see that the only real trades on USP hand guns is the famous HK and I just can not see KSC replacing HK with anything so maybe the trades will be accurate… I just looked closer at the trades in the pictures on the KSC guns and they do have true trades! Although that should be considered when ordering from over seas, might be best to have them cover the trades. So basically on one hand you get the KSC versions and you pay 63-90 bucks more for blowback, or you go with the NBB from TM and you get the gun, which looks exactly the same but you also get a replica LAM unit and suppressor, the most popular accessories for the Socom for 63 bucks cheaper then KSC’s cheapest model. Just something to ponder.
