Cut the sleeves off of a L/S top up to the elbow.
Problem solved, and SEAL approved.

I bought a cheap 5.11 shirt and chopped the sleves. Works like a charm.

If you go to royaltigergear.com, they sell short sleeve combat shirts for (I want to say) $17. I snagged one in multicam thinking it'd be a cheap piece of crap that wouldn't survive a month, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. Granted, it's a $17 combat shirt from a hong kong retailer, so it's not at all on par with Crye gear. But if you're in the market for a dirt cheap combat shirt, it's not a bad idea for multicam on a budget. I like mine, anyway; even thought about getting one in ACU- no sleeve chopping necessary

Do you happen to have a picture of the royal tiger shirt next to genuine multicam?

Unfortunately, no. But I'd love to do a comparison- I was planning to bring it to the Hells survivors game and forgot, but I'll snag it for the Splatmandu game to get some photos side by side. One of our guys picked up an ACU short sleeve and it looked pretty spot-on, we'll see how the multicam stacks up.
