Us Kettering group may have 2-3 more to go. Also, because I don't have the midcaps necessary to be a normal rifleman, I will be using a sniper rifle and would like to take one of the sniper/spotter spots(though I don't have a spotter yet).

Just do your best to keep him focused on completing objectives and supporting his team's efforts. When young players struggle at milsim games it's almost always because they're trying to rack up kills like its Call of Duty, and forget that objectives and team work take precedent.

Is there a min/max squad size?
I'm tentatively planning on rolling US if nothing exam related comes up.

squad size will depend on the total players on each side. However I think the minimum size for a squad should be 5 players.
Sounds good Knife. Hope to see you there.

As far as squad integrity goes, if you lose 60%, but the remaining 40% contains a medic. Are you allowed to stay in place in an attempt to med and get back up to a correct level, or must the entire squad leave once you hit 60%, no matter the status of the medic?

Are you allowed to stay in place in an attempt to med and get back up to a correct level, or must the entire squad leave once you hit 60%, no matter the status of the medic? The answer is yes to your first question. Players have the choice to bleed out and wait for a medic to heal them or can walk to re-spawn. However once a player makes the choice to get up and walk to re-spawn then they cannot be healed and must re-spawn. If a medic can can heal players that are bleeding out and bring them back in game and brings enough so that at least 50 60 percent of the squad is in game then the remaining players in the squad can remain in play.

To put it more simply, dead players don't count against the 60% rule until they make the choice to head back to respawn. If your squad has 10 guys and 5 are hit, they can wait for a medic for that 5 minute bleed out time (assuming they have some heals left) and the whole squad doesn't have to head back.

Medic Rules: Each squad will have one designated medic who will have an arm band and will be provided with a stop watch. There is no minimum bleed out time so a killed player may walk back to respawn or wait for a medic should they chose. Just to clarify, is there a 5 minute bleed out time as posted above by Knief or is there no minimum time as originally posted?

It's the players choice.
They can wait the 5 minutes for a possible medic heal, or simply just head back to respawn.

It's a 5 minute maximum bleed out time. You can either wait for up to 5 minutes (if you have a medic close by, or want to be a stationary meat shield [emphasis on stationary, you stop and sit/kneel where you're hit]), or head back to respawn immediately (no medics within shouting distance, tired of being a stationary meat shield, etc.).
I thought we had that in the write up, but I'll add it in now.

Not to be obnoxious, but better to have all bases covered, right?
You say stationary meat shield, is that to say that all wounded cannot be moved by medic, teammate or otherwise, only healed where they fell? Just curious, figured it'd be worth asking.

An uninjured player can move a injured player by placing one hand on the injured player and must keep in physical contact while the uninjured player moves the injured player.
Edit: I'm special, sorry.
