I am going to be in the Detroit area on the 17th and I was wondering if I should go to Phoenix or Eastside? Any opinions as to why one or the other would be better would be appreciated.

In my oppinion, go to phoenix. Jay is great to get along with, and there aren't many strict rules to follow.

Go to Eastside. I like that place A LOT. I haven't been to Pheonix, as it's too far of a drive for me.

I have been to both. I love eastside and I love phoenix. Either one you can't go wrong. Hit em both up if you can.

I've known Jay since he has started Phoenix. He's a great guy and will make sure you have a great time. I haven't been to Eastside so I can't say anything about them.

This may be late but CQT is open on the weekends and they have an awesome open floor plan. I like it because you can actually shoot people at a decent distance. Its a bit harder to move so team work is necessary. I personally prefer when fields aren't too closed in or separated into small rooms. I think this one has been my favorite so far. If you have your own equipment it's also super cheap. I think its just 5$ per hour you play. www.cqtusa.com/main/Airsoft.aspxAlex

Full face requirement is a big downer for me. Be it a mask or balaclava, either way it's annoying to breathe the same sweaty air constantly and a facemask just makes aiming a big pain.

I would prefer Phoenix tactical. They're friendly.

I've played both placed multiple times before and I cant say that I've ever had a bad time at either place. With that being said I will say that if there is a difference in the typical age groupings at each place. Phoenix seems to attract more of the under 18 crowd. Eastside is has more people of the 18 & up range.
