Hey guys, got a few quick questions.
No Limits last Saturday was pretty much my first actual day sniping, and I gotta say, I love it. I love it enough to justify spending cash upgrading my M28. I'm not really looking into increasing my FPS because the gun is already shooting ~430 with .30s. My biggest concern is increasing my accuracy. After playing, I noticed that at the end of the BBs flight path it was curving slightly in any direction, completely throwing off my shots. It also seemed like even the slightest bit of wind would send my shots in a completely random direction. By slight wind, I mean it could literally be blowing 1-2 MPH and would throw off my shot. In my SCAR, it seems like wind isn't effecting the flight path nearly as much, and my SCAR is chronoing in at ~330 with .23s.
Now my question is, is 430 FPS with .30s a little high? I was debating on buying some .36s or maybe even .43s to see if that would increase my accuracy. Would that be a good choice, or should I try a new barrel or bucking? The M28 is completely bone stock, and I'm planning on replacing/upgrading parts as they break, so internal parts I'm not too interested in unless it's going to increase my accuracy. It already has barrel spacers pre installed, so there's no need for those.
If a bucking or barrel is suggested, what would be my best parts to get? I want the best of the best, so the price isn't necessarily an issue. I mean, I'd like to save money, but I understand that sniper rifles can be very expensive to upgrade, so I'm prepared to shell out a decent amount.
Any ideas/advice will greatly be appreciated. Sorry if I'm coming off as a noob, but I'd rather get some advice before I spend a ton of cash on parts that aren't going to help me at all. Thanks in advance guys.
