Zorak, The Oakley mx aren't that expensive. I got a pair for $40 and the replacement lenses are only $5-8. I actually called Oakley before I bought them, and as of 1-10-10 they are fully rated.

Yep, thats the link. If they can withstand rocks and other debris being propelled from the rear tires of a dirt bike or quad going 40+ mph, I think they can handle an airsoft BB.

The way you describe the super duper fan...makes me want to go spend $100 on a pair of goggles.

Crassic,
These stickied guides are left open so that members can add helpful comments and make updates and new products come out. They're not open for people to make opinionated comments like yours above. They don't add any actual content to the thread, but rather just add more noise to interfere with the information. Posts like "those sound really cool!" do more to dilute, and thus diminish the content of threads like this, and do far more harm than good. Please refrain from making such posts in the future.
wabaanimkii,
Similarly, these guides are not meant for asking person questions. This is a general guide and as such, meant to be applicable to all players. Asking for specific recommendations in a guide thread is a lot like asking for your state constitution to add amendments regarding your neighbor's fence. The scope of the topic is far to broad to encompass any one person's preferences.
And equally as importantly, you're asking for a goggle recommendation in a thread that already recommends a bunch of types of goggles. Come on man, your work is already done here. Read Troub's reviews and the rest of the comments that add to them and make your decision. If you're still left wondering, do some research on your own. The information is out there, largely its in this very thread. Don't be so lazy that you're not willing to look right infront of you for the information, let search for 10 minutes on Google.

I'm about to order a new pair of goggles... Have the money and everything ready. I've been looking at the Arena Flakjaks, and I got a steller deal off of them for Amazon... If I were to use these in the winter, would they fog up uncontrollably?
Looking for Personal experiences, not just what some kid on the internet said.

I had a pair and without a shemagh on, they never fogged. Never tried it with something covering my face. If it does, cut the adhesive strips off band-aids and put them around the inside of your goggles. They won't fog.

All of that information was gathered from several accounts I've heard in person and seen in action throughout playing Airsoft. I've personally worn T-800s and they are fantastic and I've used Arena Flakjaks and they were shit. /Aggravated

qoute from the manufacturer
"Are your lenses ASTM/ANSI Rated for Paintball?
Our lenses have met and exceeded ANSI and ASTM Paintball Standards for impact resistance, luminance and optical clarity."
but I understand that this does not necessarily mean they are truly correctly rated. Since the packaging doesn't even state it. I truly feel foolish now for taking this for granted.

Sorry, bro, I'm not trusting my eyes to "China OEM" lenses.
