You remove the gas block by punching out the two pins inside of it. Then punch out the pin holding onto the gas tube. A word of caution though, as the KWA RIS are now secured by Loctite onto the barrel nut so that's going to be really hard to come off. www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8HO-LLVuoo&feature=mfu_in_order&list=ULThis will probably help a lot, as it did for me. He mentions using loctite to secure it in the video so I'm pretty sure they do that straight from the factory now as it's impossible to take off my RIS.
