Sold him a CIRAS vest. Grimm contacted me about the vest, but I already had a buyer. A few days later the first buyer fell through and I had sent Grimm a PM about it still being available. Grimm asked me to hold it for him for a few days since he didn't expect it to be available again. He paid promptly when he said he would and stuck to his word.
Easy to deal with and easy to communicate with. A+ buyer!
