You don't need a helmet.
All you would really need for CQB are full seal goggles and face protection of some sort. Those Iron Face masks should do nicely, being I have seen and heard only good things about them.

I know I don't need the helmet but I thought it would look cool. Purely cosmetic

Also, your helmet cover will not fit on the helmet you chose. The cover you chose was a MICH cover, for MICH style helmets, but the helmet you chose was a PASGT style.

I can almost guarantee it won't fit. The PASGT is a fair bit larger than any MICH, so I don't see how a helmet cover for one would fit the other properly.

It is also worth noting that even though you said its for cosmetic reasons, they are pretty handy for keeping your head a bit safer. I'm not the clumsiest guy, but more than a few times indoors and out I've banged my head fairly hard against a wall/tree/2x4 or what have you. Both with replica and real ones, and I'm sure that without I would have been in quite a bit of pain. As others have said above, I would recommend a MICH 2000, 2001 or 2002 replica. Generally more modern than the PASGT and it most accessories, like helmet covers, are designed to work with a MICH rather than PASGT. I would say that based on those reviews, that cover would fit the helmet you have picked out. Found this real quick on amazon as an example of a MICH 2000. There also seems to be a deal for the helmet + cover. Its more expensive than the PASGT replica, but you might be able to find one cheaper with some hunting on Amazon. www.amazon.com/1995-Black-Plastic-Mich-2000-Helmet/dp/B003BPLRSA/ref=pd_sim_a_3While this may not matter to you but from a realism standpoint, this would be very unlikely combination. The PASGT has been almost universally phased out, especially in the Army. They now use the ACH, which is very similar to the MICH 2000.

Get the helmet. As said above, it is good for protecting your noggin' from banging against a surface. You might also want to consider that if the enemy has the high ground you'll have a higher chance of being shot in the head. Depending on the gun's FPS, could get from a moderate sting to a nasty welt on your head. I got the nasty welt from a sniper while playing a Phoenix Tactical a few weeks ago. Helmets are not just cosmetic, they'll save you some unnecessary learning pains in the future.

Oh, yes, one more thing. I would recommend a helmet that protects your ears. Being shot in the ear is worse than any head shot.
