I had bought an item from him about a week ago. I wasn't very fond of it, so he had promised a refund. After taking pictures and answering questions for him(which he requested before he would send the payment, which he said he had), he had stopped communicated with me for three days(he was online though). Then he replied that he will not refund me like he had promised. I am a bit disappointed overall with him.

1/9 Update:

He said he will refund me again, so I will update what happens with that.

1/22 update:

I sent the item to him on the 17th, he received it on the 19th. He said everything was good, and that he would send the money via Paypal then. It is now the 22nd, and I haven't received it. He has been offline until today, and still no response.

1/22 @ 9:20 P.M.:

Received the money.

Worst experience ever. Worse than watching Twilight.

He actually refunded you? Sounds like a stand-up guy. I mean I know I have no say in this affair, but still, he actually returned your money and did it within a month.

Don't be so hard on him, you got your money.

I purchased a KWA SR10 from Collin. I found him to be very polite in PMs and quick to respond to my messages. He even threw in a used 1500mah battery for the gun which was not included in the sale.

He wrapped the package professionally and it arrived without damage.

The gun seems to function perfectly, very accurate at 120' (shooting dead apples off the trees in my orchard) and powerful enough to embed themselves into the frozen apples. I would not want to get hit with this gun without protection.

All was not perfect, I was given four shipment dates and each was passed without shipment. Not a big deal as I was not in a hurry but it is not good to tell someone that it would be shipped by a certain time and not carry through with that. I do not think I was lied to, I think that Collin was busy with other things and it was not a priority. When you take someones money for an item, standing by your ship date should be a priority. That said, I did receive the gun only 8 days after payment (two days for shipping across the state). I am not at all annoyed with how long it took to get the gun, I received it rather fast, just that I was told several ship dates and each was passed with another excuse.

Also; the ad mentioned minor scratches. I would not consider an anarchy sign scratched into the receiver to be a minor scratch, I consider it to be vandalism. This rather significant alteration to the visual aspect of the gun was not mentioned nor did the pictures posted in the ad point this out. I admit, it is a minor issue considering how well the gun seems to operate but it should have been mentioned. I can, and will, fix this in my shop.

All in all, the product was in great condition, and the price was excellent. I saved 200.00 by buying it used from Collin. I also received a free battery and he offered me a free charger as well.

The shipping issues were really no big deal, receiving the product 8 days after payment is rather fast. But I do have to wonder how long it would have taken if I had not kept after him to actually ship it.

The vandalism to the gun is another thing. This should have been disclosed to me before payment. I would have purchased it anyway as I do not think it is a deal breaker, but it makes me wonder why he didnt choose full disclosure.

I would buy from Collin again, but I might ask for more verifiable details in the future.
