They used to be, but we has so few Libyan Army sign ups that we switched it up a bit. What happened to everybody having a set of woodland? Guess that's not the case anymore.

Switch me from the rebels over to Libyan army. They need more folks.
EDIT: Actually, reading through the thread, I see that the US forces are up against the libyan rebels AND army. If that's the case, they need more folks more, so switch me to US.

This is shaping up to be a nice size game. I only briefly seen the other access road my one time at this field. With the number of people coming do you feel there will be enough room to park? I know it is long, but it seemed narrow as well.
Knief - are you planning on using the south part of the field that has yet to be developed with trails? Could be fun back there....

There's a ton of parking. He can fit a good 200 cars if we need it. He's got maybe a 1/3 of a mile strip for parking.

Crassic,
You have a PM.
Kurt,
It's a pretty long strip, and I know Greg cleared some more area out of it so I think we should be good. If worse comes to worse, objective #1 will be clearing brush for more parking. We will be using the whole field, although I doubt many people will push into the swamp.

Sign me up for the Libyans. My friend has a question about about his uniform. He has like a WW2 uniform, is that acceptable? I'll sign myself +2 up for Libyans.

slayer,
Yeah, a WW2 uniform would be fine. Are you three signing up for the Libyan army or Libyan Rebel team?

Just to be clear. WE NEED MORE PLAYERS TO SIGN UP FOR THE US TEAM.
We had a lot of people asking for this which is why we switched things around.
Also reminder about what knief said:
Libyans, bring tape. You're going to be hanging posters and I'm providing some duct tape for it, but the more tape you guys bring, the quicker you'll be able to accomplish the objective.
US Forces, bring markers. Again, I have some to supply but you'll be more effective if you bring some of your own.

Knief,
Maybe I missed something on one of the previous pages. Above you mention 'woodland' but on the initial post for this event it says 'woodland MARPAT'.
If normal (M81) woodland is allowed for the US team, feel free to move Hippie and I.

No, Woodland is on the Libyan Army team. Woodland MARPAT is on the US team. This is not a green vs. tan game, this is an active US Camo vs. other game. If you have MARPAT (either variety), Multicam or ACU, you can play on the US team.

Make sure they read the rules and have the right uniform. And let them know that this is a more serious game, and they'll be expected to play up to that.
