I placed an order with Redwolf this week and it was one of the smoothest transactions I've had. I placed the order at about 11pm Tuesday night, I had a tracking number by Wednesday morning, and it was at my door Friday at 3pm. Everything I ordered was there and well packed.
I had a few questions regarding payment because their website has outdated instructions for Paypal. If you use Paypal through their site the form automatically completes. I sent an email regarding this and to my surprise the answer I received was in English and was easy to read.
Redwolf gets an A+ from me.

Since my last post I have placed 4 more orders with Redwolf. Each time the transaction has gone without a hitch (with one exception). Paypal payment is fast and easy. Each time my orders were 100% correct and well packed. They have quickly become my preferred place to shop.
My last order included two G&P 11.1v lipo batteries. One arrived with a dead cell (indicated cell voltage of 0.00v on a Hyperion EOS 0606i charger). I contacted Redwolf about it and a possible return or replacement and I received clear easy to read emails. The person recommended I force charge the battery using a dumb charger to boost up the cell. That is very dangerous to do, and anyone who knows lipo batteries knows that a 0.00v cell is dead and will not come back to life.
The battery was $18, and shipping would run $30 or so each way. I can understand their position, $78 to replace a customers $18 battery is a bit much. It just sucks that I'm out $18. I will continue to order from Redwolf because this is the first issue I've had with them, and to be honest their service more than makes up for it.
I love paying for an order, and 3 days later it's on my door step. For service like that I am willing to overlook an $18 loss. Hell, at least Redwolf answered my emails. I'm still waiting to hear back from Uncompany about that order I placed a couple months ago....
