What you're looking at is a pretty limited gun. Sigs aren't big sellersin general, and this is a limited edition sig, so finding any information is going to be tough. Have you checked out www.airsoftplayers.com and www.airsoftzone.com yet? MiA is just way too small of a community with very little diversity in terms of guns owned. Check out the larger forums for information on this type of gun. KSC sigs in general are the only option for skirmish viable sigs. Tanakas are very rare, and have problems with both performance, and gas leaks. They are re-releasing their sig p226 sometime soon, hopefully they'll fix those problems. It'll cost a pretty penny for it though. TM claimed they were also going to be releasing a sig p226 sometime early this year. Arnie posted it on his news page quite some time ago. Beyond that, i haven't heard of any news of progress. The KWC lightweights are just KWC lightweight. They suck in all areas. Their performance is weak, they aren't very asthetically pleasing, they have problems with gas leakage, they...well, the list goes on. They just aren't worth the money (or any money for that matter). So we're down to KSC. KSC is probably the Queen of gbb's. In gerneral terms, the only company better is WA, and WA doesn't make a sig. The standard sp2340 (not limited delta force that you're looking at) was rather disappointing in terms or performance, but it is a looker. The fit and finish is right on par with WA and Maruzen. With the re-release of the delta force elite model, perhaps they fixed some of the old problems, but perhaps they didn't. I think if you really want it, you may have to be the guinea pig for the airsoft community. The current sp2009 is the descendent of the SP2340. Externally, they're pretty much the same gun (with different trade marks). Both share KSC's great attention to detail. Internally, the KSC sig sp2009 is much improved. Read more about it in DumboRAT's review. It's pretty much all inclusive, as everything DumboRAT write's is. www.airsoftohio.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?topic=1719&forum=5&0

It's a shame the airsoft sigs can't live up to there real steel counterparts. Sigs are perfectly machined. they never jam. Grip angle is very near perfect. Tm, kwc, heck, anybody needs to get it together. How are you supposed to put together a good SEAL image without a sig? My only complaint?? They are a bit bulky for concealed carry. But what does that have to do with airsoft? Hoo-Ah

Well, i hope this new TM is atleast up to the quality of their M9 series, and perhaps surpasses it. I've liked sigs, but some people out there really love 'em (newman). I guess most of those people don't live in Japan.
Now all we have to do is wait for TM to make their version (projected for early this year, but will probably come out in April, if not later).
