Now that I have settled on the rifles and mags I will be using (STANAG or 7.62 NATO), I've decided to focus on building a high quality STANAG load out. I currently have a loadout with Condor gear that I love the layout of. I basically want to reproduce my current loadout but with higher quality gear. I will be using the Condor loadout for my 7.62 NATO rifles. The trouble I'm having is I can't find high quality versions of certain items I have. For those items that I can't find, I'm not sure what will make a suitable replacement. I was hoping you geardos out there can help me out. My current loadout (it's all either Condor or equivalent): RRV - Replaced with Eagle Industries RRV Admin pouch with light - Replaced with Eagle Industries pouch M4 Single open top - Do any high quality manufacturers make a pouch like this? I haven't found one yet. Hydration Carrier - I planned on using an Eagle MLCS back pack. Does the MLCS pack have a spot for a bladder? Dual pistol Mag pouch - Will replace with Eagle double pistol mag pouch.8" roll up dump pouch - Will replace with Maxpedition Rolly Polly. Here are my questions, 1. Does the Eagle MLCS pack have a spot for hydration? I haven't found much info, but I'm not experienced with high end gear so I'm not sure if I'm searching in the right places. 2. I'm looking for a good M4 mag pouch. I want a single open top with molle on the outside. I might also be interested in a kangaroo style pouch. What, in your opinion, is the best M4 mag pouch? Post a link, and I'll do my own research from there. I just need somewhere to start my search. Thanks for the help.

Yes, the MAP has a slot for a bladder. And as far as running one with an RRV, I wouldn't do it without first picking up a backplate for it, as running it on the verticle back strap wouldn't be very wise as it would look saggy and otherwise unkempt.
As far as open top mag pouches, go the TT route as Trust linked, they are cheap and do what they need to. Unless you want to stick with EI, then browse around eBay for a bit, you will find numerous EI three mag shingles issued in the SFLCS kit. I got mine for only about $25.
Lastly, on Kangaroo pouches, they won't fit in an RRV. The internal pocket is too small to hold any pouch currently on the market, but if you're dead set on it, there is nothing stopping you from fabricating your own out of Velcro, elastic, paracord and some drive.

GB, he linked the MLCS backpack which would definitely work. I've got one, and I like it.

I saw "M" and went from there apparently. Yeah. The MLCS pack is cool. Definitely get that.

So the MLCS pack is good, I'll get that. The tactical tailor pouches are perfect except they are CB instead of EI khaki. The color difference doesn't bother me all that much (none of my Condor stuff matches) but I will keep looking for some EI stuff for a bit. I will probably end up with the TT pouches though because they are pretty much exactly what I want. GB when I was referring to something like this as a kangaroo pouch. Where the pistol mag is built into the M4 pouch. Sorry if my terms aren't clear, like I said I'm new to the gear stuff. I might be interested in something like that to save some space on my RRV's bib. Lastly the TT dump pouch looks a lot smaller than the medium sized rolly polly. My main draw to the rolly polly was it's size because I sometimes run an M203 indoors. I need a lot of space for my mids + shells and I hate when my dump pouch is full. Thanks for the help guys.

If you want a 'kangroo pouch,' look at ATS Tactical.
Maxped dumper is lame... If you want a huge dump pouch look for one of London Bridge Tactical's (LBT).

I can drop 6 of my thermolds and 6 pistol mags into my TT Dump pouch. When I had my AEG I could dump 8 M4 mags and 6 pistol mags. I can't vouch for the 203 shells because I don't have a 203 launcher.

Any specific reason why you think so? Thanks for the tip on the LBT pouch. When I had my AEG I could dump 8 M4 mags and 6 pistol mags. Sounds like that should be plenty of space. I carry 9 PTS Pmags (1 in rifle, 6 on vest, 2 buddy mags on back). When indoors I usually only use one or two mags but during some 20+ minute games I do use 3 or 4. I only use the 203 in CQB, and I should be able to fit 3 203 shells and 4 Pmags in it.

The Maxpedition dumper is made out of some super heavy duty Cordura - maybe even 1000d. There is no inherent problem with it other than the fact that it will basically never break in, nor does it have an internal liner that keeps the mags secure. I had one for awhile, and eventually concluded that my left cargo pocket was a much better dump pouch.
