REC: Airsoft Game (Dansville/Lansing Area) 7-17-11

Hello one of my friends is setting up an airsoft match at the house he is residing in. There is plenty of space, and the terrain in forested with about a third of which is overgrown.

Game mode: We are open to try out any game mode. Game mode is decided at the event.

Location: Send me a pm for location. (Dansville)

Person Cap: 15. Send me pm if you can make it. (If you are on the roster and cannot make it let me know immediately.)

Price: Free!

Food: Whatever you want to bring. I personally don't eat there, but you are welcome to bring anything.

Start time: 10:00am
End Time: Whenever we get tired. Usually around 4:00

You cannot play if you do not meet these requirements:
18 and over
eye protection
own equipment (a.k.a. gun, bbs,....etc).

Recommendations:
Bug spray!! (it gets bad some times without it)
Radios
Water or any hydration. (I always bring a small cooler with 4 water bottles)
Have fun and enjoy the game!

Does he own the house, or have permission to use it for airsoft from the land lord? What sort of neighborhood is it in? Can the players be seen by neighbors, passersby or that sort of thing? Are there other houses near by that bbs could hit?

The house is his sister's house. He has been using it as an airsoft field for, I believe, 10 years. The neighbors are notified and ok with it. It is out in the country not very many people passing by, and it is far enough from the road that they would not even be within range of an arisoft gun. Plus there is an overgrown patch with trees to block the path of all bbs.

FYI. We have had quite of a few members out from this forum and most (if not all) of them have enjoyed our games. Most of them have come back for more as well, so our numbers are growing. We typically average 10-12 players and we are a really laid back group. We range in age from 18 to 40 years old and we have varying levels of experience from noobs to very experienced. Feel free to PM jjmetzmaker or me with any questions. I will try to get CROAKER to post up some pictures too so you can have a preview before coming out. We will be updating the number of players attending as we get confirmations.

I've been out there a few times and have had a blast on all of them. Sadly I have to work this Sunday and don't think I can make it out. Highly recommend it to anyone though!
