why do you put a fps cap on the guns??? Why not just put a cap on rang with different fps. i say this because i have a sniper with 574 fps. This puts a cap on where i play and who i play with. Me and my friends want to attend this event but my gun is to powerful to play at a lot of courses because i don't wanna pay to borrow a gun. when i have one that works perfectly fine.

It's a safety issue. It's also very easy just to swap out your spring to a lower fps.

Dear Melzere,
For the help of you to understand why, I want you to go grab any amount of soda cans, for fun reasons lets say 10, line them in a strait row one behind each other shoot through them so one bb goes through all of them. Tell me how many cans 1 bb goes through.
Edit: If it goes through 2, enters and exits, I think it's safe to say it would break skin, or even goggles. At my last CQB game I went to i was shot 20 ft away in the arm. It was a small flesh wound with minor blood. But you are running a little under than 2 times more hot. His gun was 300. And I honestly would defer people from playing airsoft if no standards were set. I don't care if I am hit. I care if I lose my eye.

What is the player cap? I have been here before and its a great size arena, I am just wondering. We don't have one. So far we have never had too many people. Some of the best CTF games have been the 15 v 15 games. Why do you put a fps cap on the guns? Why not just put a cap on range with different fps? Simple, we aren't trying to actually kill, hurt, or maim each other. Your range theory won't work because accidents will happen. If someone snuck up and peeks around the corner just as you shoot, you just point blanked someone with 550+ fps. No one meant for it to happen, but now someone is seriously hurt. It's best to remove the chance of this all together. We want our customers to come and have fun and be as safe as possible given the danger of the sport. MIA safety standards are set at 350fps and below, and we will follow them without question. If your rifle shoots more than 350fps, it is not allowed on the field. Period. While we are sorry you can't come and play, we will not put our customers at risk.
