Finally broke down and got some cool guyish boots. Don't think I have seen any pictures of Keens being worn, but they were definitely lighter and more comfortable than the Merrill's or Salomons I tried on.

Figured I'd pick up a support weapon and ended up snagging this in the deal of a lifetime. Daytona Gun M249 Hopefully I'll be able to snag a regulator and air tank before the next No Limits game.

Hopefully I'll be able to snag a regulator and air tank before the next No Limits game. If you don't, you're welcome to use my reg and tank to give a run.

Thanks Pagen!
The DG needs a special regulator that I will definitely have by then, but if you let me use your tank for a game to try it out that would be sweet.

Can't really top a DG M249, but I picked up a replica EOtech 552 (I think? Correct me if I'm wrong please) for $40 at Kalamazoo Airsoft on Saturday. I think it rounds out my M4 quite nicely. All I need now is a weapon mounted light and a 2 point. I think a VTAC is in my future.

Very nice. Looks like a SOPMOD with your crane stock and KAC grip.

Very nice. Looks like a SOPMOD with your crane stock and KAC grip. That was the look I was going for, except for the rail system. It's hard to tell with the potato I took the picture with, but it's a Daniel Defense 7" rail instead of the Knights rail. I saw a picture of a PJ with a SOPMOD with a DD rail, not the Block II rail either. It was slightly different than mine, the rifle still had the delta ring whereas mine doesn't, but it's close enough for my purposes.

Yeah if you're not going for an impression then it really doesn't matter. Looks good regardless.

I agree, it looks good. I've been wanting a 552 for a while. Super jealous!

Picked up a Crye JPC, digital desert tape, rite in the rain note book, and a USMC cold jacket.
