Though they mostly still issue the Beryl AK, the Polish Army is developing the MSBS Radon system, which in it's carbine form is extremely similar to the Magpul Masada. So for impression, maybe Polish special forces? It would have to be very up-to-date to be accurate though. And asides from flags it's not much different than any other SF force. And finally the rare shot of an MSBS in use Just a suggestion Thats pretty interesting since Poland is listed as using the ACR/Masada. I hate the A&K one because the one I had is garbage and was just bad quality Sent from my SM-T210R using Tapatalk

Best part is it turns out it's not even working with this gun. Too tight on it. Oh well, I never pull out my sidearm anyways.

Yes, the A&K was decent for the money. However I still feel that the gun had little focus. When I say this I mean that there was not really anything stellar in the gun. The externals were not amazing, due to the over use of powdered metal in all of the wrong places, and the low quality stamped aluminium pieces in the upper receiver. The internals were the same way, where the gearbox was a standard, version 2 gearbox. Upon opening the gearbox, I found that the gears were not even fully round. The hop-up is a proprietary two-piece, which I only found one upgrade for, which is now discontinued. I really loved the gun, but if you put the weapon under almost any stress it just, died. But yes, it is a better gun to put upgrades into, instead of paying an extra $150 for a PTS.

I disagree on some parts of that statement, the hop up in the a&k version can be easily switched out for a metal one. And on the issue of the stress portion, you may have HA a faulty one then. Mine is circa 2006-07 ish and was stock up until this winter. So with all clones and airsoft guns in general there are some good and some bad.

Well, the only hop-up that I have seen is a WII Tech. I did not say that the hop-up was difficult to replace, but that there are not exactly many options to replacing the hop-up, due to the fact that the default one is proprietary.

Might I ask what exactly is wrong with a plastic hop up unit? Many DMR builders actually prefer them because they won't scratch the BB at all. Now, if it breaks, that's one thing. But replacing JUST the hop up UNIT won't do much at all in terms of upgrades for you.

The wii tech one is said to give a better airseal and offer more in the way of hop up adjustment.

Well, in my experience with the hop-up unit, I was not exactly fond of the way that it worked. My biggest issue was the build quality of the hop-up. It may be true that DMR builders prefer them for certain reasons, however these advantages were not exactly prevalent in the gun. I'm not trying to dis the gun, however it leaves very little room for improvement. Had A&K changed their design to accommodate a standard AR-15 hop-up, I would have been more happy with the ability to upgrade it. It may be that I am ranting, but it would have made much more sense to just use a standard Version 2 gearbox, which most likely to be cheaper to produce. Yet the replica uses a modified version, for no exactly apparent reason. Had the internals been standard, with a STANDARD AR-15 style hop-up, IMO the gun would have been cheaper and better.

I would have also liked to see a standard V2 gearbox. But like the SR-25 it needs the longer nozzle. Although I don't see why they needed a different selector plate.

That 1911 is very nice indeed. The first 3 aegs I had were plastic JG M16's. It's been a while since they all blew up, but I still like a good M16. So, I thought I'd build an A4. These are the parts I have so far. I'm just waiting for my rail to come in from GI and my replica ARMS 41-B block to come over from Asialand.
