i need to talk to the tournament host quickly because every time i try to register it asks for payment and as of this very moment i dont have access to a payment method. I am driving 309 miles one way and would really like to play i have been saving up for a month to go and have another player that is coming for sure so i would like to register with you personally and figure out how to pay other than online

Motorcitymadman, sorry for missing your questions:
We will be camping in the staging area. Plenty of room for 450 players. This is a private field so outside registered players, nobody else will be in the camp, which mean you can leave everything there. I still recommend you to leave your valuable items out of reach.
