I've never heard anything and it sounds like things aren't quite right. Have you tried emailing them? How did you pay for it? If its paypal, just start a claim. If it was via credit/debit, it shouldn't be charged until they accept the order no?

And yes, I emailed them. When I ordered from them years ago, I got rather timely replies to my emails which is partly why I'm so concerned (I also received my order in like two days) . I used PayPal, as credit/debit was no longer available to pay with.
Guess I will start a claim.
I just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hate to file a claim and have my stuff arrive the next day. Though I guess it would be their own fault...

Figured I would update that it has been escalated to a claim on PayPal, with HA having to the 13th to respond (I doubt they will, as they have ignored everything else).
So uh....yeah, don't order from this place. Looks like nobody has in a while anyways, but apparently since coming under new ownership/management or whatever, you can pretty much count on being screwed.
Had another guy tell me he had problems and a dispute with them. It was finally "solved" when they sent his order eleven MONTHS later.

Good! Makes me glad I took the time to post it.
But yeah, I ordered a Spas-12 + some other goodies from them a couple times back in 2004 and 2005. I got the type of service and transaction that earns a customer for life.....unfortunately (got out of the hobby for a couple years there, or I would have found this out sooner).
