Had to say this but don't help your brother with loadouts I have nothing else to say jk. I had to say it. The big thing with your loadout is you have a crossdraw and you want to buy another. It makes no sense.

Dick!!! Just kidding We'll make great load-outs and like I said, it will not include any cross-draw vests. He has been following the thread with me and he refuses to where one. I didn't have that in mind for him anyway. When he plays we're going to be a sniper/spotter team, so I pretty geek'ed out about that.
Well it's just I'm familiar with them and I don't want to re-learn how to utilize a different vest before I bought my molle rig which in itself is going to be a learning experience. I am aware of the downfalls of the dreaded cross-draw vest but it is the best solution for me at the moment. I can't use a m4 rig at all and I don't want a tac-vest that is not going to hold my pistol and it's spare mag properly(I'm paranoid about that). I also have some more tedious reasons that I'm not going to go into detail with. I understand that it doesn't make sense to most people, but at the moment I believe it is the best option for me.

Welcome to MIA, can I get you some crackers and cheese?
We're not a mean community, we're just a very blunt community. It's a shame that new comers get on these boards, with a simple Google of "Michigan Airsoft", and immediately begin to misinterpret our honesty as being disingenuous (I've been that person in the past). As I said before, we all really wanna see you succeed here, but, and I may be way out of line with this but I'm gonna say it anyway, you have a real bad attitude about it and kind of an immature disposition about the way we're speaking to you.
If you don't want our advice, or can't take it, than don't post in any area but the event section; But since you have posted, we're gonna be critical and blunt man:
1. We think your idea of multiple loadouts is stupid. There's only two "teams" in most airsoft matches, and it consists of Green vs. Tan most of the time. Pick one, go with it and make it look bad ass.
2. We think you're idea of getting a bunch of mediocre replicas is stupid. Buy a nice AEG, and start taking yourself seriously when you show up to games. You either have to have a lot of street cred, or look and play damn well to get any respect as a Designated Marksman on the field.
3. We think you need to drop the Crossdraw. No one will respect you if you show up with a Crossdraw, and you will look like your older brother in our eyes. Get some nice gear, whether it be OE Tech, Pantac, Flyye or ALICE gear, you really do need something different. It's a good investment, and it doesn't loose its value if you invest in something nice. Pantac gear is always in high demand.
4. If you can't take it or don't like our advice, there's a little button on the top of the page that says "logout". Click it, cuz' it's just a downhill slope from here dude. I think you should count your wins, cuz' if this was the Ohio Airsoft forums, you'd have gotten a nasty taste of how mean people can be over the internet for this kinda talk:
We all understand you have a budget, we do too, but you should adjust where you're gonna allocate your funds. Trust me, there's a lot more fun things you can get with just a little bit of money! If you want help, all of us are more than happy to take a little time out of our day to send you the advice we have; and when you think about it, that's exactly what we're doing here. We're taking time out of our busy days to offer the best, and most constructive advice we can give you. Don't get offended, just be happy that we care enough to help, haha. I'm trying to be as nice as possible, I hope that's articulated in the post.

I did, I thought they looked silly, but it's not against the rules, so I silently mocked them in my head.

I have not yet gone to a mil-sim game. I plan on going mid summer when I have my molle rig and gillie suit set up. ;D What about having all tan or CB gear and just different camo BDUs then I'll be able to play on both teams and I'll still look good when I have my molle rig. The cross-draw vests are mostly for Outdoor or CQB REC games with some scenario games peppered in. I definitely will not go to a mil-sim game wearing a cross-draw vest. My guns are not mediocre they just require a different style of play and it's a style that suits me well. My guns are nice replicas and I like the realism that they provide. Aren't mil-sim games limited to real and mid-cap mags anyway. I love sniping it is my favorite way to play. When I want to I can play CQB games with my MP7 and KP45, so I can get my run and gun excitement through that type of game.

I notice sone criticism towards Vamps ACU loadout. Now while I agree that ACU's color scheme is a total abomination, perhaps he made the rig so he could go to mil-sim games and have a good choice in teams. Most of the games I look at going usually have TvG or ACU&TvG. Maybe he's just planning ahead?
My 2 scents I have nothing else to say
