I'm finally starting to finish my load out as a whole. It has taken me a long time to figure out what I like and what works for me. I sold off a ton of stuff I didn't use and tried to cut down on the redundancy of it all. I'm actually really happy with the outcome and I will hopefully pick up the few final items before summer.
Big items to get still:
- Polarstar Fusion Engine with regulator and tank
- Safariland for the HK45
- Replace low end gear with higher end gear as needed
KWA HK45Finally got the Creation threaded outer barrel, which came with a 6.01 inner barrel. Thankfully it works great with the Shooters Design slide. The quality is great, but the text they used for the trades isn't very good looking. The 6.01 inner has a really nice crown to it but I think using it will bump the FPS over 350 so I'll have to test it before I use it. Yes, the thread protector looks a bit goofy, but those are HK's 16mm threads.
Crappy shot because the sun was going in and out all day. TM MK23 suppressor, I will be trying to find a shorter one.
KWA USP- Shooters Design USP Tactical slide and threaded outer barrel.
Finally got a replacement lower. My old one was pre Umarex and either had a weak hammer spring or bent firing pin but it had such weak blow back I never used it. I am a bit afraid because I bought the lower from Diesel. He has that whole curse where he breaks
everything and I'm just hoping he didn't curse this one.
The hogue grip covering the trades, figures.
Both together.
A&K SR25KTraded my old one away to Miles for his WA pistol setup. While I really like the WA I always wished I had held onto the SR25K since I never got to use it in game. I picked up a new one and plan to hold onto this one for a while.
- Magpul AAC 7.62 flash hider
- Harris clone
- Leapers scope (planning to replace)
- 45 degree mount with ACM Docter sight
- Magpul PTS 20LR midcaps
- Madbull Surefire 9.8" suppressor
I need a thread adapter before I can use the Surefire setup. I might get an AAC 7.62 can instead since I prefer them to other suppressors.
Trying the Docter out on the side for a lower profile. I had it on top but it was difficult to use because I had no cheek weld. On the side I can still use the stock.
Barrett M82I built a second mid cap for it with a G&P mid and sourced an early type Apple Airsoft M82 flash hider that is metal. It is now metal end to end. Will be getting the fusion engine for it soon. I'm waiting to hear about the recoil system they are talking about. This big of a rifle should have some recoil.
Classic Army CQBRDecided to switch this one up a bit. Swapped the KAC RIS for a Madbull Troy TRX Extreme tube and switch from a PRI flip up to a KAC rail mounted front BUIS. The rifle feels half as heavy now and points very well. I'm very happy with the swap, but Madbull blocks the gas tube so it can't be used on a real steel rifle. It looks pretty empty so I might swap out the Madbull for a real TRX and put in a low pro gas block and tube.
Suppressed.
Systema PTW M4A1 MAX 2009I took the plunge. After reading some heated fights on various forums about PTW's being good, bad, great, terrible, low maintenance, high maintenance, finicky, solid, good shooters, terrible shooters, worth the money, a rip off, etc I decided to find out. I have been bored of tinkering with AEG's for a while so this should give me something new to mess with. The previous owner (Hoover) painted it. I wanted the serial number so I stripped some paint and it came off a lot easier than I had expected. I wasn't sure what the trades looked like so I stripped them. I always thought they had Colt trades but I guess most owners swap bodies. Now looks a bit goofy. I would prefer it was all black but at least the paint job looks good. I might try to strip it but I have a feeling that would take more time than it is worth to get it all.
I'm really impressed with it so far. I have everything I need except a CQB cylinder and a 9.6v battery. I have the red cylinder, a modded 400 cylinder, and a 12v battery.
- PTW max
- Real steel KAC RIS, VFG, rail panels
- Real steel Matech 600m buis
- Real deal EoTech 512
- SCAR flash hider and AAC suppressor
Suppressed.
First lineI recently tried out the first and second line type rig and it works great for me. Since I was only trying it out I just bought a Condor belt for $15 new and loaded it up. Now that I know it works so well I'm going to get a better belt.
- Pantac high speed suspenders.
- Condor battle belt
- Condor riggers belt
- Pantac double pistol pouch
- Pantac single pistol pouch
- OE Tech P90 mag pouch (for my 7.62 suppressors)
- Pantac suppressor pouch (not pictured, just swap the two, for my 5.56 suppressors)
- Condor open top M4 mag pouch
- Unknown dump pouch
- Pantac drop leg adapter (used to attach pistol lanyard)
- Blackhawk drop leg platform with HK45 serpa holster
Second lineI bought this vest to use the map and back panel on my Eagle RRV. Turns out it doesn't fit. It sat there for a while and one day I randomly set it up and tried it on. Fucking awesome. This vest is the perfect fit for me and does exactly what I want.
- Flyye MBSS
- Pantac MAP
- Pantac or Eagle shoulder pads, don't know which.
- Eagle admin pouch
- Flyye double M4 mag pouches
- Unknown MBITR pouch
- Huge ass carabiner with zip cuffs (they are actual zip cuffs, not zip ties)
- Toy soldier MBITR radio, antenna wire, and antenna
- Peltor PTT
- Camelbak 3L bladder, hose insulation kit
I'm going to slowly replace the Condor and OE stuff with higher end gear as I come across it. It works fine but some of my older stuff is getting pretty beat up.
Any first line tips or advice would be helpful. The Condor belt is a bit thick, but I think some of the other belts look too small in comparison.
Thanks for looking.
