I had a fun time today during the one game I played. From what I've heard so far most of the people had a good time. Let us know what you thought of the field. Thanks.

I had a really fun time. Even though I got shot in the ear and had a BB lodged in it, I have nothing else to say. The field was really good, I did like the extra stuff put up in it. One of the best MiA fields I have been too.

One of the best MiA fields I have been too. Yeah that was pretty freaky. Glad you were ok man! Big thanks to Jay, Papaya, Rydeezy, Puck, & MIA's favorite ref for hosting a great game! I for one had a blast today and really liked the field. It was big enough, but not too big where it took a long time for each side to encounter each other. There was plenty of cover, the different rounds were fun, even if they didn't go as originally planned, and the sportsman ship seemed pretty good overall. I'll definitely be back to play here again!

Fun time as always at phoenix outdoor, even got to trade for a new gun. Loving my new G3, and the games that I played were fun. Rec game was very well put together and intense the whole time playing. Anything phoenix hosts is generally a good time, so i'm game for it. This might be my last outdoor game for a while, as i'm going to be saving up for next years big event. Been fun playing with everyone.

This was our first time playing on this field. I loved it, sorry we did not come out sooner. Interested in playing a larger game and use the whole field. Thanks PT.

I would like to thank everyone for coming out. I had a great time and hope everyone did as well. Things got a little sluggish after lunch, but that was our fault for being kind of lazy (I was dying from the heat). The field is a lot different from other places and we're still trying to work out what games/scenarios work best. Good times though, hopefully we can get one more in, before the hayride goes up again.

^What he said...
Seriously thanks to everyone who came out. I'm glad to see everyone enjoyed the field. Every game we try to make a little bit better than the last one, so keep on coming out.

Thanks to the PT guys for having us out. It was finally nice to check out the field. It definitely has some potential for some fun things in the future. Most of the games we ran were pretty fun. It seems that there were a LOT of inexperienced players that need to follow safety rules and guidlines in the future. Our guys encountered a few players that were sitting around with their goggles off their head and still thinking they were playing. Not to mention not really knowing some of the engagements or proper etiquette. Seems like most of the issues were resolved, but there is no excuse for that. To the player that Knife and I encountered in the trailer with your goggles off, your lucky we know how to ID a target before shooting or else you'd have an eyepatch right now. But, that is neither here nor there and doesn't have to do with the field itself. I had a good time yesterday, nice field as usual.
Some rather large issues however. First being eye pro, tons of people ignored this rule. As CQBR said, we snuck up on a guy who had his goggles 100% off, and I nearly shot him in his face, the only exposed part of his body, I however realized he was goggle-less in time. You're never safe in the field, there are sneaky players who will get behind you. I've never seen more issues at a game before in regards to this.
My next issues was someone who was shooting hot and on full auto. After we snuck up on the tan base, he shot at me from a rather close distance, on full auto. At the chrono station I heard him walk away saying his MP5 shot 419 FPS. I'm not even when he shot me he was within the rules for <410 FPS, but I know 100% he was violating a couple of rules.
I think chrono needs to be done pre game now with weapons marked. Penalties should be harsher and more strictly enforced.

Yeah, I agree with Knife & CQBR. Had one of our green guys in spawn do it and then as we were patrolling near the tan spawn we observed at least one one tan walking back to there spawn with their goggles off. Now we knew they were dead and were not going to engage, but someone else may have... bad news.
Also the firing of weapons in the staging area. Standing in the parking lot firing off into the woods with people to either side of their firing line. At the very least walk over to the edge of staging and do it... please.

Safety was completely ignored. I had to tell so many kids to but their goggles back on. Also there was hot guns on both teams. There always has to be strict chrono's cause when there isn't people think its cool to play with hot guns.

It was a lot of fun. The field was really nice. I really liked how thick it was and that you were able to make the field just the right size for the amount of people!
Only issue I ran into was what i thought to be a hott guns.
Easy way to fix that issue is to have the person who is watching the chrono put in .2 bbs so you know what the gun is shooting at, because every time there is an honor system it always fails!! Why even risk the safety of others?
