It was a pretty good day. It wasn't to hot, however it was a little humid.
I had a lot of fun and not too many people weren't calling their hits. I did run into a few occasions where I hit some people and they didn't call out but I did not make it a point to yell at the people because it disrupts the game, however on one occasion I hit someone multiple times with my bolt action rifle and he didn't call himself out until the 5th hit after I was hit and re-spawned because his squad-mate whom of which I had already hit shot me out. After the game was over I had a polite chat with him and cleared up the issue in a civilized manner and possibly reformed a cheater and brought him to the light. I'm not being a hypocrite. Even though I post garbage on the forums I do follow the rules in the game.
My Frankenstein's Monster rifle (I think I'm going to start calling it the FMR) preformed well and the camo paint-job didn't get me killed. I was able to get a lot of good hits with it. I was also able to stay concealed and at the end of the first game when the green team was overrunning the tan team I landed some riotous hits on people and then I was sprayed out by a barrage of fire because one of the dead guys screamed, "There's a sniper over there", and pointed to my general area. That kinda sucked because the dead aren't suppose to speak. I did get a positive K/d ratio at the event ( But I didn't count the exact number of kills and deaths I had so I only know I was positive but can't give an official k/d ratio) and I even got someone out with my MP7 when I was using it as a secondary (it wasn't firing as fast as last time). And I played one game against my friends and got them both out along with like 3-4 other people before one of my friends on the other team hit me. I Just wish my hop-up was working a little better. I wasn't able to hit the other sniper because his rifle was upgraded better than mine and my range didn't quite match his.
It was a great time and I had a lot of fun. I'm sure the other players that went had just as much fun. The Phoenix Tactical Outdoor field is a really nice place to play airsoft. Can't wait to go to the next game.
