This may be a bit old for a response, but I went in Youngs way back in August of 06, was gearing up for my first airsoft event over at Codename Thunder III. I went into Youngs to pick up some rather small things but TJ was very helpful and friendly and I enjoyed speaking to him about the stuff I was about to experience.
And the game was fun, I went and played with the WMI guys.

TJ's dad is awesome. I have nothing else to say, when I went in there last, he was watching Seinfeld. I bought a CA Sportline from there, but the motor has a bent wire, so I will have to purchase a new one...
Just wanted to give TJ another +1. I bought a cheap UTG shotgun but they were out of shells, TJ took the time to PM me today to let me know they were in stock! I picked up a couple packs so ARC and I can eventially get together and trade some colors.

Well, Young's is like a breath of fresh air for me as well. I thought I was doomed to calling airsoftgi.com my whole life for technical questions, but now me and my buddies have TJ, and we go in there on average 4 times a week just to pick TJ's brain and have him fix things we have broken.

Walked into the store today for the first time and was really impressed. I got refered from him to join the board here which is cool, and the selection is making me drop ordering offline for a while. Why order when I can drive 30 minutes and pick it up. Talked with him and another gentleman for a good hour. Definatly won my service.
