As the title says I paid a visit to the GR location of Young's today to pick up my woodland BDU's and see about a battery for my ready mag. The person working was MORE then eager to help out and answered all my questions, of which there were a lot mind you, quite easily and seemed very knowledgeable about airsoft. You just dont get the kind of service that Young's offers anymore, but it was nice to see that some places still keep to those standards. I'll DEFINITELY be returning in the future, not only because of the great service, but also because I forgot to ask about a small to large battery charger adapter.

I've done a lot of business in the GR store, and TJ and his dad are always more than happy to help a customer with questions. My only regret is that I can't spend MORE money there.

If only we could get the people in the Kzoo store to be that helpful! Glad to hear you had a good experience though, you're right, good service is nearly impossible to find anymore these days.

Just a quick update; I called while at work today on break to see if they had the adapter i needed, luckily they did, so i stopped by to pick it up after work thinking it'd be 4 or 5 dollars, but when I went to pay he said I could just have it, which completely blew me away, however considering the kind of service you get there, I guess i might have seen it coming.
11/10!

I stop by quite often as well, bring buddies, needing parts/help.
TJ's always more than willing to help. I've bought parts and what-not. Always an A+ doing business with them
Though TJ, you need to carry more G36 parts I have nothing else to say, us H&K guys are hang'n out to dry.

+1 for TJ and Youngs from my end too.
i went in for a (very) small purchase, and he wasnt there. TJ's dad called him up and had him come all the way back to the shop, just because i wanted to chat with him while i was in town.
not only did they have exactly what i needed, but everyone was very friendly and very polite to both myself and my daughter.
my only regret about the experience is that i find strong asian accents hard to understand (no offense guys)

Damn, quite a hustle. I'll have to remember that trick, and also how 80's delorean clones stop carjackers cold.
