We're finally back at it again! FAH is pleased to announce that we have taken the fomer ACO/WMI field in Lowell, and is renovating it for airsoft this summer.

Some of you older airsofters may remember the ACO/WMI gaames a few years ago, and how much fun they were. You've never seen the field like this.

Two years of unchecked growth have turned the field into a dense jungle, where twisting paths lead to bunkers and gun-pits. FAH and a few volunteers have spent hundreds of man-hours carving out trails, fixing walls, digging out bunkers, gun-pits and sniper nests, and clearing terrain to make this one of the best fields in the area.

By the end of July, we intend to have the field fully ready, with insurance, and all that jazz. What we wanted to do this weekend is offer players a fre trial-run at the field before the cost becomes $10 a head to pay for land use, insurance, and other bills. So, if you've been out here before, or you've never checked out the field, try it out this sunday.

FAH will be featuring objective-rich games, scripted scenarios, and some of the widest variations of terrain seen in thi state. We will hopefully be posting pictures soon of just what you'll be getting yourselves into...

This is a REC game, so anything goes! Bring your guns and gear, and let's play. ALL MIA regulations are in effect, especially full-sel goggles. All weapons will be chrono'd on the sight, and must be tagged before becoming "field-worthy." Violations of MIA rules will result in a player's ejection from the game, and up to a barring of him/her from future games.

Running water and electricity is provided on the sight, as is free parking. Make sure to bring plenty of bug spray!!

Hey, I am mildly interested in trying to make it to this, but I wouldn't be able to get out there till 1 at the earliest, so what time are you guys planning to stop playing? Oh, and I managed to leave my only pair of full seal goggles at Black Eagle 2 and my new pair comes in next Wednesday, so could anyone loan me a halfway decent pair (that fit over goggles [if I decide to come {if I can, that is} ] )

Oh, and where is the field anyway? I live in Muskegon so driving time might be a factor depending on what side of GR it's at.
