I always see people modifying each individual mag to fit in their various M4's that have slight feed issues due to the catch. I have an alternative solution.
Take your happy ass to your local Meijer, WalMart, craft store, etc and get a small square of velcro with sticky backing. Take the soft side and place it inside your mag well (on the side opposite of your catch seems to work best). This will make your mag friction fit in place better as well as remove slop.
The velcro is usually a buck or two for a package with assorted squares and circles, so it's really not going to set you back far and will make borrowing/buying mags quite a bit smoother.
