I've got 5 full sets of different color cammies.. How have you guys not done the same?
But yeah, As a Sniper I can't tell you how many times I've almost squeezed one at a friendly, or mistaken a foe for friend. That's just something that an armband can't really help me.
As Tex said, we're shooting for MilSim. If you don't like it, don't come. We don't host these events for the money, we do so that a year or two from now, someone is saying "Remember that time at Operation: Winter's Fury ... Blah ..".
We shoot for quality, sorry if you are adamant on wearing MultiCam, people have offered to bring you other styles of cammies to wear. If you're not willing to change, then I'm afraid we won't get to shoot with/at you at this one.
...I'm stoked for it. Tex, am I still using your S-System?

Just to reiterate: Strict camo requirements are so that there isnt a lot of confusion between teams. From the looks of it, this is going to be a pretty big op, so the more strict the camo, the easier it is going to be. Look at larger events across the state, where camo requirements are woodland or desert, that is all, no ACU's, no MARPAT... ive been a little more lenient.
about RAGE being the only ones... were not the only ones. Also, Relish hit the nail on the head, we are working very close with the Military, sure, we will have our own little stuff, but our main action is with the Cubans.
About the night game, if you feel like it, shoot me your ideas, I will take a look at them.
About the camo requirements... again, they are set, and not changing. Some of the people on the roster should be expecting a pm from me soon about possibly coming over to the SAS, pending they have MC.
EDIT: Dahm, go back to page 7 where you made your post about a change to SAS, then the responses. Sorry you didnt get to read that before.

Since everyone is getting so touchy on camo restrictions I gotta ask. When you say woodland are you only allowing the classic plain ol US military woodland type? What about tiger stirpe, cadpat, flecktarn, or digi? Are these allowed to since they are same color scheme just diffrent pattern? Just wondering.

This event should be pretty awesome. The magazine could possibly be done by then, if so I'll bring a stack or two. $5.00 a copy, half of it goes to The Wounded Warrior Foundation, the other half will go towards helping us create a .com website.
Thanks fellas, lookin' forward to seeing you there.

I'll be there, put me down for the Guerrillas as I will be wearing US woodland camo. See you guys there.
Side question for event coordinators:
Would it be allowed to bring camo to accommodate either side, that is Cuban or Guerrillas so that in the event that one side needs more bodies it can be done.

Well I got my hands on my Woodlands, and I got Kikijiki some too - apparently he was storing my extra woodlands at his house anyways..
So put us both down for Guerillas since you insist that we cant wear our mutlicam.
See everyone at the game.

Where is this exactly located? I know South 16th street, but is there an intersection that can shoot me a little closer? I am debating on coming still...so it could be info for another op at the field too.

ya, you can leave early. with the waivers, there will be some there on site, but it is preferred you print them off and fill them out.
remember, if you are under 18, you MUST print out a waiver and have it signed by your parent/guardian.
