They were gonna have an employee supervise the event and he might not be able to come so they are trying to find another person

no because this is kind of an off work thing for them. We just need one of theri employess to supervise. I will let you know as soon as I can by Sunday afternoon or earlier.

Well the weather is supposed to be very nice. BUT if it is heavy rain/ thunderstorms bad weather that wont move through I would reccomend not coming.
Anyways I might know the status of the event by this evening. If not tommorrow for sure. PLan on going unless otherwise. Ill post a response as soon as I know

Talked with Area 51 and THEY WILL have a supervisor SO WE ARE GOOOODDD TOOO GOOOO!!!! I repeat the event is ON and good to go for Tuesday
We will be shortening the time one hour so 12:00 afternoon to 530PM
Iam looking forward to seeing the following who are attending
LANCER, JABE & Friend, KOJAK & LAKESHORE AIRSOFT (7), GRUNTO & FRIEND, and my 7 friends brings total to 19 PEOPLE. I repeat 19 people. Remember to bring lunch money and all of your gear including BB's backup guns, chargers, extra batteries etc.
