The mounting screw on one of my EOTechs broke after a game in July. I emailed EOTech twice, and left voice mail once, and never got any response about the issue. Eventually I managed to call them during actual working hours, and reached someone who was happy to help me. Since I live relatively close to their offices, he had no problem with me stopping by to pick up the parts I needed during my lunch hour. Sure enough, while I had to wait a few minutes for him to get off the phone after I arrived, he finally came right out to the waiting room and and handed me the screw and rail grabbing piece, free of charge.
Once I finally got hold of someone, it was A+ all the way, but I shouldn't have had to try so hard to get their attention.
