www.kwausa.com/Has anyone done anything with them? I've sent a pistol over to them with a simple fix and it just seems to be taking a lot longer than I thought.

Yeah, as a dealer... Took about two months to get something back once.
Problem is there lack of parts. They are always out of everything. They always gotta order everything from over seas.
That and they just discontinued a large portion of there line due to legal reasons. For example, no more GLOCK's. Although they swear they will keep parts for them.

That's funny. I ran into a guy at Joe's army navy who swore by the KWA Glock series. Basically saying its the only gun he owns. The only reason that I could get from him was that they licensed their trades through Glock. Sounds like he might be out of reasons. I knew he was an idiot after he told me rifles are pointless.
I haven't sent anything back to KWA. So far my gun's holding in there (minus a corrosion problem that was my fault)

I used to work at Joes. Was it the Southfield or Waterford store?

Here is most of the E-Mail I got from KWA USA. It has some other dealer only info so I'm just posting the part about the no longer available guns. Dear Dealer, Attached is our most current Dealer Price List, please review and note the following changes. All the models that are marked NLA, will no longer be available. On previous orders placed for some of these models, we will honor any discounts that apply, but we will not take anymore orders on these and offer discounts. The listed NLA models are the following: JSP05027: M9 Heavy JSP05041: M9BR JSP05065: M9V JSP05096: M93RII ALUM
<------------------------------------------------- These are the GLOCK's JSP05102: M17 JSP05119: M17 OD JSP05126: M18C JSP05140: M19 JSP05157: M23F JSP05171: M26C JSP05447: M34 <-------------------------------------------------
JSP05294: M945T-C LIMITED EDITION JSP05218: M1911A1 ALUM SLIDE
So I called them because GLOCK's are one of our most popular sellers for both Airsofters and Law Enforcement. Anyway I was told it was due to "legal" reasons when I asked. All the gun makers want to sell there own Airsoft guns now like SIG or sell the rights to people like freaking PALCO an CyberGuns. Needless to say I bought what GLOCK's they had left that I could talk them out of even though I guess they were not suppose to sell anymore....? Sucks though.

I got my pistol back a few weeks ago so I figured I'd update this.
The service was pretty good. I liked the thing online where you can keep track of your inquiry. It did take them a month to get my stuff back to me and it was a result of having to call them up and ask them in person. Overall though it was pretty good. They didn't charge that much and they got the job done.
