Was wondering for the clones what's the difference? Just size?

551 is the smallest. I believe 552 and 553 are the same size, but the 553 has QD throw levers instead of a thumb screw.

In real steel, 551 takes 1xN battery, 552 takes 2xAA, 553 takes 1x123. One hopes that clones would follow that scheme, but you never know for sure, especially they aren't exactly bound by law to faithfully follow model numbers.
