I assume (as im one to prefer shooting glasses over goggles) that it makes it much easier and more comfortable to aim your guns with. Specially if you have a scope with not so good eye relief. And ive worn almost every brand of goggles and havent found a pair that doesnt fog/get all moist after a short amount of time. I wear ESS flyby sunglasses which work fine for me and rarely fog.
Sorry for getting off topic. Cant wait for the event ^_^

This will actually be the last Armory Airsoft hosted event/op where full seal goggles are not required. Too much liability and such. I do apologize for this.
Sarge, well first off I welcome you to your first event. Are you signed up on the roster yet? Well, to give you an idea of what to expect. Take the largest airsoft game you have ever been to and multiply it by 10. Add in 50 acres, a creek, a small 3rd world village, 5 foot grass, narrow trails, bridges, firebases, bunkers, ravines, thick cover, and intense firefights. That's what you will have... I try to run strict op's, I personally don't like a lot of bullshit and drama. The people who have come to my events tend to be helpful and friendly; I think you will fit it just fine.

I'm gonna pass along the message before people start jumpin down your throat.
There's a little button at the top right corner of your post labeled "Modify". Use that instead of double posting. Also, you could very easily just PM Canto to let him know there are more people coming.

Not to be an ass or anything but there is also a little button named "delete" at the upper right hand corner of your post. That is where you can delete the 2nd post and then go back and modify the first post in your series of posting. Just FYI for next time.

I corrected you on the roster rebel. Sorry for the mix-up... Some images of the field I took today... Can you see the village?...
A height comparison for the grass...
The center trail running through the lake bed.
Forest access by the "The People's Bridge" (Far Base - Old North Vietnamese Base). All I have to say is damn...
