If I might offer a few suggestions.
I noticed the attendance issue as well has the interest in this event.
1. And what I have noticed is if you hold a monthly Op (Op = big event), the interest seems to fades way.
2. Field enviroment doesn't change. All the Op's have been on the same field, and so this becomes rather boring. People know where to hide, go, what works and not. Are you able work with the owner to change this up? Perhaps open ALL the fields up for a game from 30~ arces, can you open it to 150? This would be a benefiet to the players and the owner, as it would bring in more players and more money.
3. Prizes are cool, and is a great idea. I suggest something (that everyone gets) like a patch or something for all pre-registration on your signature events (i.e. Flash Fire).
Just a few ideas. Please take it for what it's worth.

I know this has been a issue with the MOA field, We just added another like 7 arcers to the playing area, and we are always changing the field around with new bunkers and so on. trying to keep it as fresh as possible.

I have a couple unique ideas for missions where I am trying to use the entire field instead of just the bases. Also, there are different missions for each team, besides 1 team defend the whole time while the other attacks the whole time.
Also, I got another sponsor: Monster Energy Drinks.
I am still in contact with them about what will be donated, but I am aiming for something along the lines of everyone who signs up before April 22 will get 1 or 2 free energy drinks with admission. Again, this is still in development and I will keep you guys updated.

alright i have you as one EoH, thanks.
We still need some for the rebels (Clan)... and we need more players for the matter.
also, Op-Doc has agreed to be the commander of the U.S. side, so we still need a person for the Rebel side. I am going to be spending a lot of time moderating during the beginning of the event to keep things organized, so could we have someone who is experienced in this sort of deal step up to be the leader, and also the rebels are in need of an XO.

If we can get 50 people per team for this two day event, I'm positive this event will be talked about for a long time to come.
In regards to people not coming because they think the field is played to much and they are use to it. When the event happens, the field is going to look 100% different. Both teams are going to have operations to carry out during the event. The operations for the most part do not go in accordance with the other team. This is why we need as many people as possible.
I hope everyone who looks at this event signs up. The price has been dropped for the whole weekend and there has been many other updates towards the gear and game play rules. So sign up, come out, and have one great time!
