I will continue to go to spyops for all of my airsoft needs. I just dropped off an E1 G36C to have it fixed. While I was in there I asked if they had any flash suppressors, but they didn't have the right kind new so they gave me a used one for free. Spyops is The best.

I just brought home my freshly repaired CA M15A4 and I'm extremely happy. They installed a brand new M110, and bucking for free. I didn't pay a single cent for the repairs or the parts. Incredible! The service and customer support at SpyOps is just perfect. You can't find better customer support anywhere else.

Has anyone ever had wiring work/MOSFET installation/Battery Resoldering work done here before? I might check these guys out for some work.
Im guessing they charge the standard $40/hr? Does anyone know if thats true?

Seems like everyone has had a nice time with Spy Ops except me! All they did was screw me over.. I brought in my CA MP5A4 because there was a problem with the gears. They fixed that just fine and I was happy until they actually started selling me things. I needed a new flash hider because mine had fallen off during a skirmish. They put one on that didnt even fit and told me "It was supposed to be like that" then i needed a good bag to carry my gun in. They sold me one swearing it would fit just fine. So i took thier word on it thinking they knew what they were doing. Nope, they didnt. It was WAY too small. I was so fed up that I never went back.
Thumbs down from me!

Spy-Ops has become S.F.O.D.'s most preferred place to buy airsoft related material at. GreyFox has gone to them for anything he needs as to parts/guns. So far he's bought his Marusin 5.7, his Systema M16 and his Systema MP5 from them. When is M16 went down, they sent it in to Systema to fixed by the lifetime warranty. GreyFox just bought a new chrono device from them so we can get people through the chrono line fast now. Warpig, our technician, goes to them for parts when he's repairing/modifying people's guns. He's even gone to them when he can't figure out what's wrong with a person's gun.
Basically what I'm saying is Spy-Ops is a great friend and associate of S.F.O.D. We like them, we trust them, we respect them. Their team, Cerberus, are good guys.
Thumbs up from S.F.O.D.

I've been a loyal spyops customer for over a year now. I'm very abusive towards my guns. No matter what I bring to them, Brad and the guys have no problem fixing the issue with a rapid and accurate persicion. TWO Thumbs way way up is my opion. I would love to know anyone that has a reasonable problem with a gun get poor service here, because it just doesn't happen. These guys are the best in the game.

I just bought my Echo 1 M4 at Spyops yesterday. Brad is very friendly and it was surprising to be in such a helpful environment as opposed to paintball pro shops I am used to in which 99% of the people working there are assholes.
The price was pretty good, 165 for the package...Brad originally said he'd toss on a three point sling for free, but they ran out, so he gave me tons of BBs instead.
I'm happy that I went there instead of what I originally planned to do (order from airsoftgi.com). The ten dollar higher price at the store is quickly made up for by not having to pay shipping, the free BBs, and friendly staff.

My TM System broke. I dropped it off at spyops left my number and was told that the airsoft guys would call me after they examine it and let me know the cost of repair before they proceed. It turned out it was a single stripped gear. Brad called me the next day told me what it was and fixed it since he had a spare gear lying around and told me no charge. Talk about friendly honest service. Where I come from if a man does a honest job he should get paid, so I felt guilty and bought $60 worth of merchandise I needed anyway. I examined the prices and they were slightly above or below avg price but if you factor in the great service and the price of shipping it better or comparable to any competing retailer . I give spyops A+ and will be my new airsoft retailer of choice. Also being a local retailer its better to hold the merchandise in your hands before you buy than order by picture online and get a screwed up gun in the mail

Took in my G36k after I swapped gearboxes (shot 20 feet, I was pissed), Brad figured it out and did the work to get it in working order, for free.
He also chrono'd a KWA M16 for me, might just be my next rifle.
Major points to Spyops. A+
