I recently dropped off a TM M4 for repair. The service I recieved on the gun was exactly what I was expecting. The gun was given back to me in a timely fashion and the price for the repair was outstanding. These guys do a lot of the repair work for local police departments as well as give them training seminars. All of the guys in the shop are great to talk to and are more than willing to take the time to answer any questions you might have and explain things to you in the fullest detail. I can whole-heartedly recommend spyops for just about any airsoft need you might have if you live anywhere near them (Southfield Lathrup). While I had my M4 in on repair I ended up buying a K J Works SIG p229 GBB pistol and a pair of goggles. Again any questions I had were answered completely and the pistol and goggles had a great price to them.
All in all my friends and I realized that we have no need to go anywhere else for anything we need.

I dropped my g36c off there to get it repaired after I broke my spring guide a few days ago. They were really busy because of today's sale so I was told I wouldn't get my gun until Tuesday. I needed the gun fixed by today though so Ssystem said he'd stay in late just to fix it Friday night. He forgot, which is understandable because of the big sale, and to make up for it he gave me a loaner gun to borrow for free.
When I went in today I also brought in my M15a4 by happenstance but I am very thankful I did because they sold me a tightbore, a new hopup bucking, and a new carry handle(the windage knob was missing on mine) for very fair prices. What's more though, they fixed my delta ring, and my hopup for free.
Lastly it needs mentioning that all the guys at Spyops are great guys. They were very informative to any questions, told some great stories, and were pretty damn funny. I'm looking forward to my next Sunday off so I can go to one of their weekly games.

Swung by the store today, and Junior took the liberty of installing a Guarder hopup bucking and nubbing along with a Madbull tightbore for my JG G36 - good stuff.
Shameless plug - Their JG MP001's run only $60 without scope or bipod, I'll probably pick one up myself when I have the funds.

Spy-ops, My first experience was, I needed a gun for my first OP. Quick. I had ordered it off the Internet from airsplat (I will never deal with them again!!! Back ordered 3 weeks plus charge me a restocking fee for something I never got ). Anyway called Jr. it was about 5:00 pm, I asked him if he had an echo1 M4A1. He had a bunch in stock. Matched the price too. Nobody had one instock. I said, I am at least an hour away. What time do you close? he said 6:00PM. Damn! He said. Hey man I will stay open for you. Rush hour traffic.... Got there about 6:15PM . They didn't try and rush me out, or hurry me. Let me shoot My new M4 gun in the shop. They take care of every person I've sent their way. Now Spyops has Sponsored Our Team Big Thanks goes out to Junior and the Guy's at SpyOPs for Sponsoring the Team and taking care of everyone I have sent to them. I recently purchased a KJW KP-01 from them. Great gun and great customer service! They let me test fire it in the shop and provided great info about it. Thanks spy-ops!

I try to get out there whenever I can. Great store. My friend went in there to get some BB's and came out with a MP7. Anyways Great store. Love it, I just go in there sometimes to shoot the guns. Once I get some money together I'll probably buy my G3 SG1 from them.

Best customer service I've ever seen. Very willing to explain things and answer questions. Great prices, I'd probably even go there if the prices were high.

Well, I took all your insight to heart and made the leap to order a CA M15 carbine... And I fell, hard. Jr. accidentially shipped the M4 to Cali, and then promised a Tac Carbine as a loaner to me until he had gotten the other back in stock. Well, I first ordered the Ca M15 A4 Carbine July 29th. August 3rd I was informed that it was shipped wrong, and the Tac Carbine arrived August 5th, as the loaner. I accepted it, and thought that it was only going to be a few days, maybe a week before my M4 arrived... I was the hell wrong. Kept in contact with Jr. throughout the entire month. Then all of a sudden, communication stopped. Not slowly fade out, just abruptly stopped. So, I lurk around the forums, and find that Jr. had quit. I call, and talk to Miguel about the order. He never heard of such a thing, and we have been in communication after that. I'm just going to end up sending the Tac Carbine (the loaner) back, and refund my hard earned 285 dollars. Communication was nice, prior to Jr. quitting and not letting anyone know. Miguel and Brad are doing a pretty good job, but my experience with SpyOps, I lower their grade to a D. Grade D and not a F because of decent communication... My apologies for any offense to anyone...

Last weekend I recieved a CA M24. In june I dropped off some parts that JR was going to put into a VSR-10 for me. Long story short, it never got done and after he quit I went back in. They refunded the money that I paid for the parts (even though I didnt buy it from them, just for my hassles) and gave me a heck of a deal on the CA. I must say they are trying to make things work and I give them credit for that. They are doing the best they can trying to get things back together. Thanks Spy-Ops for hookin me up!

I've been there a few times, and I have nothing but good to say about them. Customer service is excellent. I recently bought a CA M15A4 there, and I have had a few problems with it, but they offered to repair it for free, as well as install some new parts I will be buying.
This is by far the best place to get your airsoft needs. Highly reccomended. A+.
