My brother and I recently purchased about roughly $500 worth of equipment from UNcompany, the typical shipping estimate email was recieved and we proceeded to pay...
now a week later, they have not said a word about shipping our package or anything, and they have not responded to emails!
They are a very trustable retailer and we purchase from them often, im not so much worried (i have great trust that they will eventually come through), but more confused as to why they are not responding...
does anyone know why they might not be responding? Their computer is broken? Holiday? Trouble with their email?
